Got the right numbers albeit the wrong order: 23/02/22 for EU. 
But isnt it starting a week After 23? Or does it come on tje same date
23 is the launch date. Once the maintenance on the 23rd is done, 9.2 will be live.
The new season will start a week later, but 9.2 will be live on the 23rd.
