No I’m just not a butt who attacks people. If they say they’re gonna RP then sure, they can try and I support them trying it instead of being the cliche ‘ree get off me realm if yer gonna do content too!’. There’s no need to start leaping on the poor guy like y’all so commonly do. Give them a chance for once. You’re all being, as usual, snarky and negative. How about instead of that you give constructive criticism and help them into RP?

Just going on what they’re saying!
No need to be negative about it in the end. Instead of chasing off people we should be trying to convince them that this is a friendly place for some good RP, welcoming them in to try it as opposed to what these people usually do.

To be exact, he said ‘this guild isn’t just about RP’ if I remember right, which would suggest they’ll do RP among other things. Although… his mention of Goldshire does not keep my hopes high.

To be honest, if he can’t accept criticism for making a guild whose focus isn’t rp on an rp realm… not sure why doing it in the first place, we got enough ooc guilds as it is.

Vaxir, with each year passing your standards of acceptance some weird filth and various OOCers lower quite exponentially. It was fun and somewhat 
ages ago, but now it is just absolutely weird.
People are being negative for the right reason and you fail to understand it day after day - maybe you should, perhaps, spend more time in the RP scene, instead of flying over it on a daily basis and then throw some actual and reasonable feedback.
I just dont know anymore like, aint rocket science

Perhaps attack was the wrong word. My bad. Either way it is tiresome to see the same old faces spewing out negativity at people who could one day join the ‘community’ and be a good part of it. Yet as per usual they’re just pushed away and reviled. Some positive words go a long way.

If you want to rp and are excited with the idea, come along, if you want to come to an rp server just to form yet another ooc social guild, why come to an rp server, there are servers for that.
Negative feedback.
If you don’t like something an someone asks for feedback, well, they are in their right to say ‘I do not like it.’
From a certain point of view you can -understand- in a sense, with what happened when too many OOC and not enough IC was present.
Well, speaking of negativity:
The problem here is simple: OOC guild threads are being made over and over again and people do not bother look at them -once-. It shouldn’t come as a surprised that people are getting tired of it, wouldn’t you agree?

My issue lies with the fact they stated they will probably RP and yet they got ripped on. It’s like you can’t please people at all. They want RPers and yet whine and put people down for also wanting to mainly do content and RP on the side.
Now, if I were to come to AD and make an OOC guild with intentions of wanting to RP later on and got all this I’d be put off every interacting with this mess of a community. It really needs more positive actions and support.

Vaxir my man, if they want rpers, they make or join a rp guild, not make an ooc guild and expected rpers who want nothing to do with such guilds to join.

You can quite easily be in an OOC guild and RP. I know I do as do many others. Guilds =/= having to have RP in them.
