It feels like more OOC guild threads than usual have been popping up recently.
If they wish to RP, they RP. Usually, however, people in social guilds donāt (I do not recall a single (1 x) good roleplayer on AD in a āsocialā / raiding guild). I look at the plague that is Boralus on AD with a bunch of half-naked degeneracy and OOC in /say.
Remember how people really shilled Boralus before BfA released as a new RP hub? Well, thank OOCers for it not being a thing. ; )
Correction. they will only RP when they got rpers joining their guild. Which they wonāt cuz itās not a guild about RP in the first place
Blizzard Communities. End of.
If the guy was saying ājust contentā Iād be on the same wave length tbf but as said they will RP later Iām all for it.
There really is no issue with an OOC guild to hold like-minded RPers and newbies. Heck, again, better to get into the flow of the server before jumping in (as I learned, sadly).
Donāt be too rough, they did mention that they are planning to get āsmashedā in Goldshire.
Thatās your experience. Not everyone had the same experience as you.
Read his post again. They will only RP if rpers join their guild
Iām sure hanging around Lionās Pride inn qualifies as RP for you.
If a rper (that it will never happen, rpers are not interested in ooc guilds) joins the guild.
Flexes close to you in Lionpride inn with my hormone fed muscular female (??) Nelf.
Goes to your puny human and brags
āAh ! You call this muscle ?!ā
There is an issue if this OOC guild is fine with having people around who donāt intend to ever RP. In the end thatās the problem with purely OOC guilds, it gives people a reason to stick around a server they have no business being on.
Vaxirās experience is truly unique. They are the only ones to experience their own kind of sh every single time. Single. Unique. Special.
Screams and run away because of your mighty SCARLET POWER!
So to summarize before bed:
OOC guilds = fine if RPers. Guy said heād RP.
Not everybody wants an IC guild to be a part of but some do want just a community to chat in and RP outside of.
And I do believe it can be the best. If you just jump in it can have consequences; being ignored, ridiculed, etc. If youāre new to WoW RP you should see how things are first before jumping in lest dire mistakes are made. Of course you can just jump in if you want. Go nuts and w/e. But it can be a drastic change to outside RP. Always best to learn how things go before making a move!
But guy also said that heās fine with having people in who donāt RP.
so guy = making the server worse and Iād wish they werenāt around.
Pick one in 10 characters.
you really are about speaking out lots of blunt, meaningless speeches of text
I would disagree here.
Or not, quite the contrary. You can get someone to coach you, so you donāt do stupid stuff.
I did a leap of faith. Didnāt regret it. Got corrected a few times, learned from it. Thank you to the people that did so and continue to do so.
Thatās kind of logic, but alright.
Or you can learn as you practice.
If rpers join their guild. ( they wonāt)
Agreed, oocers donāt want to be part of an rp guild but still want to be around, most of them to mock rpers.
