Disconnecting when using the Garrison Hearthstone should not be happening. I just tried it out there and was able to use it without any issues or disconnects. I noticed you already tried a fresh install but are you perchance using a particular addon on all the PC’s you tried? Even though addons are ok to use, they can sometimes cause mischief if they are out of date.
