We are a crossfaction guild with an Alliance guild on Silvermoon and a Horde guild on Draenor and use in game community chat and cross faction/server for raiding and M+ so joining from Ravencrest would not be an issue. I saw that you mentioned that you were interested in a heroic team, we have two raiding teams, one for mythic and one for heroic.
