ABOUT CÔNSORTIUM:
Consortium is founded on April 2012, cleared HC content during MOP and Cataclysm and has been inactive for three years. It was a server top 20 progressive guild before the GM stopped playing for personal reasons. Right now, we are looking to reestablish our raiding core with mature players with a casual attitude and progressive mindset who will be aiming to clear future contents together, as well as social players who are looking for m+ dungeons. The direction of the raiding team will be set in line with the ideas and vision of these players who will join the Consortium at these early stages.
The values appreciated in this community are mutual respect, commitment, maturity and enjoying the game. We’d like to keep our guild and raiding team mature, friendly, fun and everlasting.
CURRENT PVE RECRUITMENT NEEDS:
Currently in need of dps (any melee class).
We appreciate personality, maturity and past experience over current progress. This is a great place for veterans to come back to, or for community oriented players who would enjoy shaping up a new core and appreciate the challenges a raiding core starting progress from scratch would go through - rather than stay on the fringes of an already established group or be the ‘new guy at the neighborhood’.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• You are a mature player who is looking for a place you’d like to call home. You have mid to long-term in your mind
• A combination of casual attitude with progressive mindset
• You can prove related end-game raiding experience from previous or current contents
• You are competent with your class, also aware of the updates that your class goes through (either via patch-notes or community forums)
• Can commit attendance and reliability to two nights a week raiding, 3 hrs each night
• Active usage of our Discord, especially in cases of emergency such as no-show etc.
• Pre-raid preparation - you know the fight and what might be expected from you
• Reliability, maturity, friendliness, no-drama
• Guild-before-self mentality, team spirit
• You are online 10 mins before the pull, receive the invite and logged on Discord. You have a working mic, and not shy to talk when you are expected to/when you feel like you need to/when a mechanic forces you to
• Social players and people who are looking for m+ dungeons are more than welcome
• You are not just a member of the guild, but you feel you belong here, you behave as if it’s your own guild. That’s the mentality of Consortium, that’s why it is called Consortium.

The schedule will be set in line with the preferences of the first joiners.
The initial plan is to raid twice a week, 3 hours each (15 mins break 85-95 mins into the raid) with some alt and dungeon runs available on other days.
