It has come to the Hand of Xe’ra’s attention that a strange curse once befell an abandoned village by the name of Cresvall, down in the south of the Alliance’s kingdoms!

If there’s something strange … in your neighbourhood … who you gonna call?
GHOSTPUNTERS
Tonight, the Hand of Xe’ra assisted new allies called the “Ghostpunters” in one of their most severe cases yet! Deep within the forest of Duskwood, the Ghostpunters, along with the Hand’s soldiers and a handful auxiliaries, sought out the abandoned village of Cresvall.
After investigating the place and encountering strange paranormal activities, the forces of the Hand and the Ghostpunters encounted some strange and frenzied spirits. However, they quickly locked them away in the Ghostpunter’s creative and strong “ghost traps”. Together, the Hand and auxiliaries puzzled together pieces of statues and explored the rest of abandoned village.
Not soon after, a frail, old woman’s spirit approached our group and she revealed herself as a mere conduit to forces of tremendous dark power. She was the last sane echo of this forgotten village. With an offering of blood, she was able to draw in a powerful influx of shadow magic and almost trapped our soldiers in the Shadow realm forever!
Only with the help of the Hand’s combined forces, were our Paladins able to combat the dark forces and freed themselves of the Void’s all-consuming hunger.
A spawn of darkness did not go unnoticed however. It just so turned out the village of Cresvall once gave in to the influence of the Twilight’s Hammer. Countless of innocent souls were sacrificed in the name of the “Old Gods” to bring about a minion of the Old Ones: Zuhuul, and with this ritual, this very monster was reborn.
And yet, the Light and the righteous always triumph. The power of the Light overwhelmed the beast, incinerating its hideous body until only holy ashes remained. It would take a long time for this place to heal.
Yet, the Hand of Xe’ra shall return and purify its tainted grounds, sealing and locking away the forgotten and tragic history of Cresvall, forever.
