Yea rebar has nothing to do with at least with my original issue which started this thread.
For someone with similar configuration after more than week testing i can confirm this is working well still and removed all other “fixes”.

Set Intel’s Stock Limits: Configure the following in BIOS under CPU power settings (often found in Advanced CPU Settings or a Turbo Power submenu):
- PL1 (Long Duration Power Limit) – 253 W
- PL2 (Short Duration Power Limit) – 253 W
- CPU Core Current Limit (ICCmax) – 307 A
- (Optional) Tau – If a Tau or turbo time limit is exposed, you can set ~56 seconds for stock, or simply leave it at default/unlimited since PL1 = PL2 in our config (making Tau effectively irrelevant). The key is that PL1 and PL2 are both 253 W; Tau just governs how long PL2 can exceed PL1 in the standard config. In Extreme mode, PL1 = PL2 so the CPU can sustain 253 W as long as thermals allow[reddit.com]
Also manually set the max P-core ratios to 57 or lower .

It is now super stable and fixed also crashes in destiny 2 and browser tabs.
