Achievement - Vault of the Incarnates - no help, no answer, no achievement, very bad support

As advised in your previous thread here:

It is a known issue, I recommend doing all the bosses first and then submit a ticket for assistance: Add the date/time and killed boss difficulties so they can find it easier in the logs.

From your semi-last thread you mentioned you “killed both”.

Achievement - Vault of the Incarnates - waiting 2 weeks

For two weeks, I am waiting to get this achievement, as I killed both. Request submitted but nobody cares. So are you telling people you don’t care and just waste their time by submitting requests? o.O thanks

But the achievement is 8 bosses in total, did you kill all of them? If not, then don’t submit a ticket yet. If you did and then submitted a ticket what is the status and answer of your ticket so far?
