Seems like this bug is happening again, I logged in today to find some achievements missing, and completed achievements shows as incomplete with full progress bar (ex: Mountain o’ Mounts shows as incomplete with 100/100) aswell as showing achievements from opposite faction!

Yep, I got the bug as well now.
I purchased the expansion after 8 years of break. When I entered the game and hang around after many years, I realized that the Ashes of Al’ar mount of mine is missing. There is no trace of that mount in my account right now. Maybe what else disappeared from my account like this, but I’m not aware of it.
I opened a ticket but they said that they can’t see any record of that.
It’s gone!
I don’t know what they’ve done to my account, but it’s obvious that they’ve really messed things up.
I requested a refund for the expansion and the game time.
Just a shame.
