going back at “go back to retail” uh?
There is a “fight”. Is when the “social champions” keep mindlessly repeat “go back to retail” and parrot the same “muh social interaction” that have never make any sense
Isn’t a “manual group creation”? wtf are you talking about? Mytic/Mytic + and raid are all on manually created groups. You can’t queue for any of them

Yes, because Retail IS a different game, there is no point in 2 games that have no difference. U choose what u like more or play both.
U cant “queue” for them, but the actions u do to apply to one is no different from queue really…
U just click on 10 of them to apply, voila u are in a “queue” of some kind…
But I care that you want to change a game that I enjoy.
No you want to change the game not play it, otherwise you would be playing, you can do loads of things without ever having to go into a dungoen, at level 17 its not that odd thats hard to find a dungeon group ether.
Like I said its clear that you dont enjoy the game. How you want to enjoy it have no bearing on how the game is in reality, if I would enjoy the game if it was raining pink elephants it would not have a bearing on how the game actually is.
Have I said it killed the community? point me to where I have said it. If there is something that have killed it is the “me me me” mentality, the “I need to be able to do everything in this game otherwise its bad” mentality.
I find it interesting that you deiced to play a game that you knew for a fact didnt have a feature that you find necessary to enjoy it and then complain about other people telling you that they dont want it in that version of the game, when there are 2 other versions with that tool, one where it have slightly more impact than the other, so instead of saying the dreaded “go back to retail” I will say go to wrath there you can gear up mindlessly through RDF all day
Also on topic saying “go back to retail”, I don’t mean any ill intent, I enjoy it as well as I enjoy classic, but what @Cupid said, there are already 2 different versions of the game.
This is not how a queue work. Also retail is different because blizzard have forgot that wow is supposed to be the casual mmo and they shouldn’t pander to the 1% or raiders.
RDF have nothing to do with any of this. TBC classic didn’t had it and yet the social interaction i had in 60 levels was 0
Yea not exactly, but the point was, clicking on 10 groups to apply is no different from signing up for a queue, same mindless action u click and wait? so w/e.
Also if u are not going to push 22+ keys, there are no 1% stuff happening. But if u are pushing, then you by urself close to 1% playerbase. 10+ keys are chill, u just pop a beer and blast

Having a rdf don’t force you to use it. Not having force me to not having it. Fast to ask to other to adapt and learn another language while you can’t adapt to something optional

Biggest Bull(can’t say the rest) i have ever seen. The only alternative to dungeons and raids is pvp. Too bad you need some pve gear at this level to do pvp

I enjoy the game. What i don’t enjoy is beign forced to speak in another language and waste time. You may enjoy wasting 40 minutes and never find a dungeon group but i don’t. Also this is why people who want to enjoy the game are asking for a rdf

I did not know. i also can say “go back to regular era” where you can sit afk all day long spamming in lfg channel for a group you will never find.
At least with rdf while in queue i can do quest. You without can’t even do that, just spam mindlessly for a group

Except you have to interact with other to enter in a group. In a same way we did back in tbc. Don’t pretend that is some sort of queue because it isn’t. And isn’t much worse than spamming all day long “DPS LFG DM” mindlessly
Huh, whenever I login to play retail, I open lfg window click on groups untill I get invited, 0 interaction whatsoever, get summoned, finish the key, leave the group. Don’t see any interaction here.

That exactly my esperience when i leveled in tbc classic. With the exception that i was already on the summoning stone so i skipped the teleport part.But feel free to use your guild to have some social interaction. Is the guild purpose after all

At level 17 you dont need any specific gear to do pvp, you can do it in quest gear, at level 17 you really cant do the raid ether.
It have since classic came out not ever taken me more than at most 10 min to get a full group for anything and thats when im playing at odd hours and such aswell. And im sorry but im also forced to speak another language and I also have dyslexia like I said earlier so you being hurt about having to type in another language will get no sympathy from me.

But you see SoD is on a system level linked to era its running the same patch so its supposed to be a version of the same classic as era is.
or you just put yourself out there once ever 2 min or so and hope for the best (although unless you are a tank or healer it might be hard to get a group by saying lvl x (class y) LFG DM) or just whisper someone who says LFM in chat the magic word INV and you might just get thrown a invite
Well if u think so, in the end w/e blizzard decide, how much money they will loose adding lfg tool or gain, alienating one of the sides of the argument in the process. It is all about profit anyway. If there are more players, that want that tool then sure.
One side want something optioal, the other search the social interaction in the wrong place BUT
in the end i agree with you. Is for blizzard to decide if they want to live in 2023 or die in 2004

I’m not wrong. If people don’t want to use an outdated way to create party mean that the player, given the occasion chose the better option.Now log in retail and see how many run rdf or lfr.

Wich still require my total and undivided attention (wich i don’t have much) making me uncapable of doing anything else in the meanwhile.
Also don’t need to antagonize not adding lfg tool, that’s not that big of an issue. And honestly there is no such thing in any community, especially in WoW community as optional. If most do smth, that most part expects everyone to do it. Simple as that.
