There are alternatives I think wowup is one of the main ones, but it may not last as Overwolf wants to stop third party addon managers because it’s ‘stealing their revenue and using their data’ so we will see.

Wowup works great. It Can download from other sides Then curse.

Any addons showing enemy player Diminishing Returns for cc and showing cool downs on enemy players abilities.
- break all auto targeting macros aka cast X on arena1 and for rest/auto casting on focus.
Addon having enemy party /raid group showing.
TSM /any auto scanning and any posting addon.

No dbm is fine not needed using it makes you worse.
All mechanics are shown in game.
Via audio and visual cues, boss cast bar, power bar,multiple cues showing 1 ability as well.
