After a succesful campaign in Pandaria last week, it’s time i get to planning on my newly forged campaign, voted for by the community as the top choice, Plaguelands!

Story
Keep in mind that this story will mostly take place from the start of July
Encampments in both parts of the Plaguelands report that undead presence is increasing, counting more numbers by the week. Both the Horde and the Alliance have been hard at work trying to cull these numbers but without any result, the day after they would be met with an higher number of them walking about
Scouts have been moving out to try to find the source of this corruption, and it all leads back to one place. Stratholme. Unknown dark figures are at work within it’s walls. Light’s hope is hard at work trying to cull the undead, but the first towers of the argents have already evacuated to the walls of Light’s Hope for safety and precaution. The fungal forest surrounding Stratholme is no longer safe. Whilst Light’s Hope is secure and the Argents able to defend it, the rest of the land is in peril
With the undead threat heightened and Light’s Hope unable to do it on their own, they have sent out riders to both the capitals of the Alliance and the Horde requesting reinceforcements in the matter. This infestation of what appear to be a Cult raising undead can not remain and must be dealt with
Make no mistake, this is a battle for the living, during this time of crisis in the Plaguelands any attacks on either Faction, especially during a time of the Armistice and peace, will be severely punished. Furthermore the encampments the alliance and the Horde find themselves in, are Argent controlled, who will suffer no fights between the Factions

- Main focus: Work with the Horde in destroying the undead invasion in both Eastern Plaguelands, Western Plaguelands and the Hinterlands. In each zone facing different types of undead.

Duration of the Campaign
The duration of this campaign is from the 7th till the 16th. here below you can find a schedule on how we plan to fill in the days.
July 7th - Traveling day / arrival in East/West Plaguelands and Hinterlands.
July 8th - Event Day. (Check specific discord zone channel for events)
July 9th - Event Day. (Check specific discord zone channel for events)
July 10th -Rest Day (Moving people to different zones according to the Google docs)
July 11th - Event Day. (Check specific discord zone channel for events)
July 12th - Event Day. (Check specific discord zone channel for events)
July 13th - Rest Day. (People moving a final time to their third and final zone)
July 14th - Event Day. (Check specific discord zone channel for events)
July 15th - Event Day. (Check specific discord zone channel for events)
July 16th - Medal / Award ceremony and farewells
Faction Base / Details
Both Alliance and Horde will sit in Hearthglen during the time in Western Plaguelands.
Eastern Plaguelands is Tyr’s Hand for both factions and the neutrals.
Hinterlands is Aerie Peaks for the Alliance. / Revantusk Village for the Horde.
Alliance and Horde together?
Throughout this Campaign you will see the Factions working together to defeat the undead and save the northern regions of Eastern Kingdoms from slaughter by this invasion of the scourged undead.
BE ADVISED
With the armistice active and peace currently set between both factions, joined by the fact that we are sitting in neutral territory, protected and overseen by the Argents. Should your character be attacking the other faction, you will be captured and removed from the Campaign and send back home in Chains. This is a rule everyone will have to accept for this Campaign, there are -no- exceptions.
Can we RP-PvP
Only in private, discussed between parties privately. Nothing will be held or discussed in the Campaign discord. The staff is focussed on PvE and that is what we will be doing.
My character or Guild can not work with the horde, what to do?
Whilst we have events focussed soly on Alliance and Horde only events, we will have co-operation events. Furthermore in Western and Eastern Plaguelands the Horde and Alliance are seated in the same camp.
If you can not do this, you may speak with me in private and perhaps we can see if another location is plausible for your guild / character to be at, and join for horde or alliance events only.
One example would be the Hand of Zul, they could work with the Horde during the events and sit in a troll base in the Hinterlands.
Otherwise, this is simply not a campaign for your character, i’m sorry, this is about working together for the greater good, against an enemy that doesn’t care who you are alligned with. This is about survival.
How do we know about this Campaign?
There is word about this trouble already, but nothing major. However leadership on both Factions will have been making preperations incase the situation gets worse (It does, but at the start of July) Until then, it is seen as troubling news but the situation being under control and no reinceforcements are needed.
How will we travel to the region?
Personal choice! you can just come to the base alone, together or maybe someone will host a travel event for more people to enjoy an event on the very first day even!
Where can we find events?
On the discord for the Campaign, which the link you can find at the top of this thread for, there is a channel where you can find the schedule for the days. Every day a channel called #Events-Today will be updated with the events happening of the day. It is there you can sign up for events.
What are side-event days?
Side event days are used mostly to give the main group of DM’s taking care of story event days a rest, or to let them work on their personal forged events. These days will be used for both smaller events and Camp / Social RP.
What about neutrals?
Neutrals are expected to join the Alliance or Horde events respectively from whichever faction your character comes. There will be no third faction in this Campaign.
However you may still sign up for this campaign as a Neutral simply indicating your character is not alligned with either faction (But will work with them for the duration of the campaign)

How do i sign up for this Campaign?
Alright so, it is very early, this campaign is not happening until July. Most if not all of us won’t know how things pack out inbetween, especially now with the uncertain time the world is going through with this pandemic virus.
But sign ups are available already.
Simply write down in the comment section if you are joining as a guild/Individual from either Horde or Alliance. And if you come as a group / guild, give an simple estimation of your expected number of people that will possibly attend the Campaign.
You can also sign up as tentative
Understandably not everyone knows how IRL packs out, you will be noted as Tentative with the sign ups, just mention that you want to be put in the list as Tentative.

Guild number estimation: Max 3 or 1-3
