Thanks all, we know itā€™s affecting everyone and there is no need to add additional reports.

Just to clarify as well, please donā€™t make ticket about this as Game Masters wonā€™t be able to fix individual cases. There is no reason to think anything is actually being lost with this bug, and once itā€™s resolved anyone who spent the tenders for it will get the mount.

We appreciate your patience in the meantime!

you can refund the mount, just click on something you already bought and then click on the skitterfly, then the refund button will be there.
i just refunded it like that
