Look at how many times the next James Bond film has been delayed. Cyberpunk too. Things get delayed. It happens. If you book time off work for a game/expansion or movie release then that’s your own risk. It’s nobody else’s fault.
Well except extra bug fixes, are you really expecting them to actually balance stuff?
Good choice. Prolly wasn’t easy to take the step but its 100% worth it in my opinion. A big part of the community was not enjoying WoW lately, especially BFA. Please do not repeat mistakes, e.g. skulking predator trinket aka drest 2.0 in PvP.
Looking forward for Shadowlands. Take your time and make it great.
And for the sake of god lower the reset time on Soulbinds. I don’t want to be punished for participating in every content: M+, Raiding, PvP. And I don’t want to level three mages to deal with that.
People are playing and giving Feedback. It’s called a beta, where mistakes can be made.
This extra month or maybe more was desperately needed for the player experience that makes or breaks the start of an expansion. Yes a lot of changes can still be made in this time. They’ve proven it with how much has already changed with each of the last few months the game has had it’s beta.
No lmao haven’t you read the news? You paypigs live under a rock I swear to God, the staff all left to join DreamHaven.
I hope s-…
Oooh wait it’s actually confirmed! I completely missed that, thanks for reply to me.
Perfect scenario for me.
Big TRUE… are people seriously planning long vacations around launch of video game??? WeirdChamp I would get taking like 1 day off to have that one long session but damn…
Good decision.
Ye… thought you missed it. xD np
Some cant which is why they are upset. I can for example so I am smooth, but I have friends who literally cannot cancel their annual leave.
If your job doesn’t allow you to change or cancel vacation days with 27 days notice then I’m afraid the delay isn’t the problem, your company is.
Imagine being this entitled
Some of the bugs prevent you completing things so it’s rather vital they work on them and ofc there is always hope for balance
Its better to have a great game later then a bugged and crap one this month. Good luck to the team and I am looking forward to the pre patch later this month
Yeah, people are actually doing it.
I never personally do it, because I’d rather not waste my time in-case the launch is messed up.
It was like classic launch, it was such a mess… if I wasted vacation time on that, I would’ve been annoyed XD.
as someone who has played wow since vanilla, purchased most collectors editions including SL I am disappointed at this, I did think the original release date was achievable but hopefully “later in the year” is late November and not December
Me and my girlfriend both had vaccation planned for oct 27’th.
What a bummer. i can probably delay my vaccation but she probably can not… ughh. i hope she can, we have played since vanilla togheter but this is the first time since we got togheter that we actually gonna take a vaccation for an expansion release.
oh well… This was in the end the best choice from blizzard.
I might not be allowed to cancel it this close to the date. Will need approval from my manager.
And with how covid has affected my industry, most people have like 3 weeks of annual leave to use by the end of the year. Competition on who can get what dates is very high right now. Its unlikely I will get it.
Its fine to be happy about the delay but try to have a little empathy for those not jumping up and down with joy
EA Would put out a broken game…
great but what gets me is ppl testing the game on ptr whos saying that there pc is running ok and not getting lag or any internet problems or the area thay live as when i played ptr i have no issues at all so those moaning about problems might have problems themselfs
