Many players I know have been banned because of it, but I am not allowed to name them because of forum rules (name&shaming). You might be next in line, or some other syncer, no one knows, only Blizzard. When it happens you will regret and think why you didnt listen to me.
Trust me, there is no worse feeling than getting the perma ban message in the log-in screen when you try to log in. I have been there.
I am not scaring anyone, just telling out straight facts how the game works. I have talked to several GMs through the ticket system regarding this subject and they told me their taking this seriously as it has become a significant problem the last years. They told me their considering to take action the upcoming expansion, which means indirectly there might be a ban wave coming for those players.
An update to their ToS regarding battlegrounds is under way aswell, according to the GMs I spoke with.
No one at Blizzard has done anything battleground related for many years. When the new expansion comes, maybe they will. And if they haven’t prevented syncing by then, I strongly suggest all non-cheaters use the CoC (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/42673) statements
…engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating.
and
…and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties.
to report all sync cowards. I personally report them for Gameplay Sabotage, Blocking Team Progress and I use the text message
This player is in a sync premade, and according to CoC “……engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating.”
Blizzard also states that
Acceptable behaviour is determined by player reports and Blizzard’s decision
So, if enough non-cheaters do it, maybe we can make Blizzard act against syncing. For that reason, write a text-message, don’t use ez-mode reports.
Warning: If you report, don’t talk about it in raid chat unless you are on a stealthed throw-away char. The sync cowards will mass report you if they can target you.
I think about half of my posts have been deleted. They’ve also tried to silence me, but I appealed and it was fixed really quick.
And it’s perfectly clear how weak you are!
You can defend your nonsense with whatever arguments you choose but in the end the ONLY thing which is a fact is that every single day you ruin for hundreds of other players their favourite content in the game.
“Blitz here blabla”, “if you don’t want premade just don’t play epics blabla”…be quiet with this trash talk.
People who want to play epics or normal BGs want to play epics and normal BGs, and they shouldn’t have to deal with egos like you.
I’m slowly burnt out by reading all of these stupid tries to defend it.
I know you try to make yourself believe it’s not the case with playing sync premade and gy farm almost every game, but as individual you and 99% of the syncers are bad and will also never get better.
Question for you and the other syncers: How does it make you feel ruin hundreds of games for thousands of people every week?
And please no1 ever start again with “yea but so many people thank us for winning the BGs for them etc”…these 3-4 PvErs, daily win farmers or new players who have no clue about what is going on don’t count at all.
I can show you hundreds of people complaining in the BG chat everytime they face the typical syncer names.
“Yea but as soon as they come with a synced premade in they are happy again and have nothing to complain”…again be quiet please and read, there are by far more people insanely bored out when they come with you in a BG than happy about it.
Like it was written here on the Forum hundreds of times already, and these are only the 2-3% who actually want to write something in public or still hope you start to think for once.
I speak simply about epic sync premades, not about 5man groups in epics or normals.
In TBC there was no “Random BG”, only “specific BG” and there could be random and premade people. In wotlk they included the “random bgs” where you could play any random map with extra reward. As in the specific Bgs, it allows premades and random people.
So “random bg” definitely refers to the map, not the players, since specific bg also got random players unless you go into premade.
all the same people talking here nonstop without 0 proof, quit yapping would you without any single proof also apparentaly normal bg discord syncing for 10v10 is a thing nowadays which has never been before, wonder who started it?
sht Players like you, players who 24/7 sit in premade group and que for bg. did you break up with russians? nowdays you sit in eu premade? stpid babon.
you babon 24/7 sit in premade and play wow and im the one who need to step outside? sureeeee. arthur or Vxñ, you are sht player, dont be mad xD keep queing with premade stpid babon.
It’s funny how every time you make deductions that suit you, even when they’re really unlikely. If Blizzard ever changed their mind about premades and banned QSync, they would make an announcement, and only those who acted after that would be sanctioned.
It’s easy to think it would be retroactive, but even you know that wouldn’t happen, which is why you say ‘might,’ even though deep down, you know there’s no chance of it happening.
And come on, we’ve all heard the famous ‘someone told me…’ or ‘I have an uncle who works at Blizzard’ stories. All I see are multiple screenshots of conversations with GMs where they say there’s no issue with QSync, and yet you, coincidentally, tell us that a GM explained in detail that it would be banned and punishable.
You’re wrong about one thing: I don’t need to defend anything. You defend something when its legitimacy is in danger, but here I see that, in fact, premades have been allowed by Blizzard since the beginning of the game, and they’ve never had a problem with it. And yes, there are people who complain on forums because they don’t like it.
So you’re free to try to find arguments to say that yes, it’s mean and that everyone who plays in a group is a big, mean, selfish person. Why not?
But it won’t change the fact that it’s allowed, and since it’s allowed, we can take advantage of it without having to justify anything.
If one day the rules change and Blizzard clearly states that QSyncing is banned, then so be it, it was fun while it lasted, and that’s that.
