If you keep going for the whole month you’re bound to get something. Or, if not, at least you’ll have an exciting tale about being an extreme statistical outlier (as opposed to your current state of just being ‘a bit unlucky so far’)

I’m not giving up, at the end of the day I just don’t have time to do enough runs per week for the buff to be beneficial

No. More ppl should give up so blizz starts changing things. What i read is the most lucky players and the most unlucky players. This is crazy. And ppl keep saying its rng = rng = random. Pure nonsence. I once created a ticked and asked if they could mail me the mount because the rng burned me out. The gm said. Keep trying and it will drop sometime. Then i got it. And now 4 months later the drop rate is x10. If it was earlyer it had saved me much anger. Good for others to now finally obtain mounts. But this droprate should stay. Even if the droprate is higher. We still have to do the torture boss run. Except for jaina or garrosh. For me i dont care about rarity. I just want some mounts. Because i like the looks or shape. Not about the rarity. If the buff is gone i quit farming. If the mount dont drop with 10% drop chance then farming a 1% isnt worth it.
Warmaster and Spine were, for some bizarre reason, only changed on heroic. So change the setting and the drakes will spawn right after each other and the amalgamations will get the 9 stack buff from 1 corrupted blood.
Still a horrible raid with all the waiting, but at least those two are a tad bit less tedious.

Well, since other new raids had skip quests, I unlocked them. But, only cata and Wotlk dont.
It’s why me unpleased for longer run in wotlk/cata tried get mounts.
So I wished next blizz put skip quests for cata and wotlk.

Got it last week after the 6th try.
I farmed Dragon Soul on a bunch of alts every week for a long time back in… Legion, I think. Ran Dragon Soul to get the green drake from Awake the Drakes, and later on got the idea to farm for Fangs of the Father for my rogue. Got all three mounts from that raid from all that intense farming, I got Life-Binder’s Handmaiden first and then switched to running normals for Blazing Drake.
It’s boring alright, with all the waiting for characters to finish blabbing and that stage before Ultraxion where you have to kill all those twilight drakes, Warmaster Blackhorn is a bit of a waiting game too. Spine of Deathwing is hilariously easy once you learn it, I call it “Easy as Pie, Everytime” for it. I understand it’s super confusing at first, I’ve had my fair share of dying to it until I finally figured it out. Don’t give up, the best advice I can give for farming this one is to not rush it like I did. Run it when you feel like it.

Just got Blaizing Drakes today with my last character. It has been more than 40 tries and 4 handmaidens. But I am finally free of this nightmare of a dungeon. Too much RP
