Go too far in the other direction and good players will refuse to do keys with imbeciles that refuse to finish keys if it isn’t a perfect run

Boomie is kind of meta rn? It’s just because you’re DPS, like the other 55 players who signed up.
I’ve had issues, so far, to fill out my weekly +10 vaults this week - as a tank.
M+ feels kinda dead. I’ve had to wait for over 30 mins for healers on some keys. Is it stigma over my tank spec? IDK, maybe? I’ve had no issues before.
Stonevault is, still, impossible to even complete in +10. Weekly or not.
For +10’s people want and get 630+ ilvl tanks. It is the burden of the max vault keylevel. I have the same on my alt 623 healer.

So you are basically way lower than most of your competitors for vault collection.
50+ dps will apply to the key, even not regarding your spec which is better placed than others but not the best, you’ll compete against 620+ ilvl people, even 630+.
Solution: As mentioned above, try some available community around but don’t expect to time all your keys. Tank shortage is also an issue there.

The problem is never self caused, it´s never a result of people not being able to write a single line of text without throwing out accusations and insults …
Noooo, it´s of course always entirely the fault of players simply not wanting to deal with theis BS in a videogame that is supposed to be played for fun, They are obviously the real bad apples here, because they´re now ruining the game for the very people that ruined it for them by simply not participating anymore. 
I’m still able to pug my weekly 10s where needed. My guild is less active this late on in the tier and many are dabbling with other games and just raid logging.
Best of luck with No Pressure, might be the salvation you need.
