Is there anyway to see which mage towers i did in legion? Cant seem to find any feat of strength or legacy achievment.

You can always check by equipping weapons and checking obtained skins.
In case that better way doesn’t exist, that is.

This seem to only show that you completed one not which ones.
Transmog collection will be your best option. Each mage tower has a unique artifact weapon color in your transmog collection that can not be unlocked in any other way, including Timewalking Mage Tower.
Another option will be the quest. Each mage tower has a quest chain associated with it, with the final quest being the one that awarded you the rewards and achievements. But I am not sure if Blizzard has reused the original quests when they reintroduced Mage Tower or created different quests. If is the first case you can check with a macro what quest you have completed, but if is the second case you have no way to know if you complete that quest in Legion or Shadowlands.
That’s a nuisance then. I don’t think they did an achievement for tracking doing them all back in Legion.
