Sure, but you must drop the ‘superior attitude’. I have nothing against letting the high born back into the Alliance, even nelf x belf relations. The attitudes and actions are what annoy me.

EDIT: Hell, I even want to see a belf x nelf relationship in canon, the children though…WoW has a problem with half-breeds

Alliance ? Leader? What are you on about, she is neither of those. Maiev was and is not sympathising with Alliance. That was shown in Wolheart as well.

And I get such a Butthurt Horde vibe from your comments!

Alliance isnt Horde and it should be like that. Horde has gone great deal of growth. Horde has so many questionable actions done as well that was not adressed, but who cares. They do their sh*t and by the end of the day consequences of both Horde and Alliance are their own to deal with.

I dont know, maybe I just like the warcraft story in general and I’m not looking for every single mistake each faction does. That kind of attitude will never satisfy your imagination of whatever you envision Horde to be or Alliance “unfair” advantage.

No there is not. They were exiled because the Kaldorei thought arcane magic is bad. This is straight up hypocrisy.

https://wow.gamepedia.com/Maiev_Shadowsong looks like alliance to me.
And this proves Sylvanas right again. The alliance leadership never punishes their own subjects when they do wrong, yet expect the horde to do backflips into every direction. The recycled rebellion arc and self canabilizing plot shows it.

Obviously.

If we ignore thousands of years of the history that happened afterwards.

Perhaps you should take the whole picture into account instead of a SINGLE chosen event.

Again, Blood Elf “Paladins” make ZERO sense then.

Superior attitude? Last time I checked, our leaders even start to make friendships with the trolls, even tho they still have hard feelings, it’s a start. The last canon reaction of any nightelf towards those guys was about killing them indiscriminately, horde aligned or not. See Shandris in vol’dun.

What does that link suppose to prove me?

Know the character, read Wolfheart. The whole fan elf fanbase is cry out that after NE joined Alliance they became stale and stagnant. Thats what Maiev has been saying all along.

You are in fantasy game and you judge every race with a human eyes. **why does it bother you so much what Alliance races do? ** Plus Night Elves are NOT representing this whole Human potential.

It was said once that Horde has not learned their lesson with SoO, thats why Sylvanas is problem now.

Did you miss the part where San’layn (working with Sylvanas’ blessings) massacred her personal entourage?

Do you want the unity on your own accords? Because it seems I have to call Anduin in. Sunshine, unicorns, human potential and rainbows then instead of a little bit of actual growth?

Oh and another thing, when was the time for a trail? While she played key role in opening Legion scene and fighting the Legion invasion or maybe straight after when Sylvanas burned she sh*t out of that Tree?

She has done more good good for the good of the nation then her personal conflicts with Tyrande and Malfurion .

Again, you are upset because your Horde is suffering now and instead of looking within you are looking the unfair advantage of Alliance.

Night Elves =/= Humans. Alliance is led by Humans, Night Elves have made alliance dont have to put every single race in single pot. That Human potential is disgusting even for me. After Varian the story has gone downward for Humans. But in lorewise Alliance is stronger then Horde, they have established Kingdoms and structure (Night Elven culture and kingdom is nothing like Humans, Dwarf and Gnome cultures), while every single race in Horde arsenal (except Blood Elves) are just starting to establish their dominance on Azeroth. What do you expect?

Actually, I want a story full of flawed people with a believable plot. If Kaldorei-extremists massacred some of a city of Horde civilians (Orgrimmar) and then got Teldrassil burned down - I could believe that. Or Old Gods did a false flag on the Horde which then led to Teldrassil. Sure.

Liadrin lying her face off and receiving no consequences? Unacceptable. Blizzard want to promote this theme of faction antagonism continuing years/decades/centuries of bad blood in the lore. But they suck at applying consequences. And so many people want to spin events different to how it actually happened, eg: Dazar’alor.

Disclaimer: My Winged Eredar x Nelf romance fanfic may invalidate some of my claims.

Got it. It’s too much to ask for for a little bit of security for the remaining Highborne, that something like that wouldn’t happen again. Good to know. Then it’s probally better not to even try uniting all elves again.

There is no single reason to look within just because blizzard suffers is through an recycled plot. The alliance is already superior either ways. You don’t need any extra ego strokes to Bragg about that.

We purged an entire (new) order of Wardens to prevent it from happening again. But if security was heightened too much, then Teldrassil couldn’t have happened as the military would be too heavily focused around Darnassus eh? Eh?

I’m totally fine with that as consequence of it.

Good. Welcome to the Alliance. We’re watching Liadrin……
