252 would have been hard to maintain at lvl 85 
But 352 is WAAAAY more than you need for normal raids, should be extremely easy for you at 352 ilvl tbh

It depends and is subjective, I guess. My first heroic kill was done in 351 ilvl. According to our logs, the lowest ilvl in the raid was 346.
By todays balance, clearing whole raid by 346+ is not that difficult.
340 is what you can clear normal with fairly easy.
It all comes down to skill mostly & knowing mechanics, how you execute them , the relation between your healers & your tanks. If they got good synergy, know eachothers playstyles/cd uses etc , it will make things alot easier.
Cata is a very healer intense expansion.
For heroic or for normal? For heroic, yes that’s bare minimum.
But not for normal… 330 would even be enough for normal
Aside from the fact that 4.1 raids are nerfed, especially on 10man, what leads you to believe you have 4.1 raids and not 4.3? Because the dungeon journal quite clearly shows the final nerfed values for the raids.
And it’s not just the journal, If you look at Chimaeron for example, he is only casting Caustic Slime 2x every 30 seconds, which is a patch 4.2 change. No my friend, you are not playing the pre-nerf version of these bosses and I don’t know why you thought you were, maybe Blizzard buffed up the health values to pre-nerf, but the mechanic changes (the stuff that actually matters for difficulty) are all 4.3.

Raid seems quite easy on normal, with the exception of nefarian who gave us some small difficulty. We’ve been clearing 12/12 since week one though, so it’s not like nefarian was much of a road block.
Heroic might be where the fun’s at, because normal will get old fast, given how easy it is.
The people on yours can’t even move their character straight 
The raids are fun but my favorite class, Warlock, is in the most jank state in this expansion so that dampens it.
