All achivements are account wide i spoke to a GM .
The blue ones mean i can go and do one part of glory of legend dungeon hero on char A and then finish part 2 on char B .
Please get your facts right before posting .

Without meaning to sound harsh, unless you're in a world first raiding guild or a top rank PvP-er, the number of people clicking your armory each month is probably in the single digits, and the number of those that look at/care about your achievement points is smaller still.
It's not a big deal. Them removing functionality from the armory/forum was a bigger deal than this.
(Still, I hope it gets fixed for those that care about it).
It shouldn't matter what kind of player you are. The armory should work and they need to pick something to be a consistant system for how the points show.

Exactly this until patch 7.3.5 came out all my 22 chars showed the exact same number on forums ,on armoury and ingame now i have 3 different ones .It happened at exact same time as mounts and pets going missing aswell for a short time on armoury.

Oh I do agree.
Please blizzard fix this issue, I used to love hunting achivements and I was thinking about starting again to farm achievements but now I feel like its a waste of time, because my achievements arent even displayed as they are supposed to. I do not know if its a bugg or not, but armory now only displays the achievements you earned on the specific toon, that for me is very bad becasue I swapped mains in MoP.. and now my achievements are split.. So blizzard, what am I supposed to do now if I want all achievements back on one specific toon ? Do I need to RE-DO the same achievements again (which I already have) ?? Really ?? Please fix this

You might want to read before commenting. What he said is correct. Only blue ones are "account wide" (unless otherwise stated within the respective achiv) per se as they can be completed by collective work on all your characters. All others are not account wide and are merely DISPLAYED ACCOUNT WIDE. If you mouse over them ingame you can even see "earned by" and "not earned by" etc.
The rewards for achievements are account wide as well. Not all though (namely the pvp titles).
Yes its nitpicking, but if you want to nag and flame at least do it right.

The forum number updates to the in-game number perhaps one or twice a week. It doesn't update immediately, which means you could be a few points behind for a lil bit (I'm on almost 200 more than what the forum currently shows), but it's not too bad overall.
The armory, however, is anyone's guess...

For the topic itself: Its blizzard. Armory has been bonkers since legion launch. Or close around Nighthold release. I can STILL look up my profile of Kretias-Auchindoun even though i transfered to Ravencrest after i killed Gul'dan twice, which was long long ago.
I sincerely doubt they fix it before BfA or even during BfA. And its annoying me considering other forums and fan sites work perfectly fine.

It's pretty hilarious. Wowprogress has my achieve points right (well, until I got a few more), so there's clearly not an issue with the API it's pulling the numbers from.

It ''kind of'' shows the accurate points when posting in threads though - weirdly enough, it's still somewhat off though because it's 6-700 points lower compared to ingame, while comparing to my armory it's like 4k off
When you switch characters in thread to a character that you've barely played, it shows a few houndred points less/more - so there's no real consistency, atleast not for me.. I can't make out how it works.
