Been a while since I’ve done any traditional art, been more into 3D Blender renders and the like, but I’ve recently started doing some RP related art. Here’s the most recent and most intricate one about my goblin OC’s childhood on the crime riddled streets of Kezan.
There is something majestic about a Night elf Mage, being shunned by your own people for so many years and then rejoining Night elf society in cataclysm after the fall of dire maul. Always one of my favorite lore, along with Trolls.
And yes, the thing that appeals to me about the Highborne lore is that they’re a former upper class fallen from grace, and their place in today’s society might be difficult to define. I also like to think of the remaining survivors having varying motives and goals; some might aim for the genuine redemption of their name, while others might be unable to shake the hunger for power, their souls left grim by the genocide of their own making.
Acrona doesn’t really consider herself a Highborne, but it’s usually delightful when others view & treat her as such today, having not seen her at the beginning of her journey long time ago.
My character for the Verdict MUD, which I’ve been playing to scratch my WoW RP itch because unaffiliated Horde RP is impossible. https://main.verdict.dev/
I love all the art, beautiful and evocative, funny or whatever. I can’t make my own so maybe more hero forge? It’s been quite a while since I touched it.
