Thatâs okay, Iâve been slacking for quite a while too.
My first experiment working with Worbla thermoplastic. Just trying to get familiar with heating and shaping the product and testing how flexible/durable/brittle it is on its own before I start doing stuff for cosplay. Didnât polish the sculpting yet, might work on it some more over the weekend to get familiar with priming and sanding too before testing how it feels to paint on with acrylics. It has now hardened to hold the shape seen in the last pictures. I really like this stuff already.

It does⌠I have a small urge to gnaw on it. I was happy to see this morning that even when the prop is completely hardened I could still slip it around my wrist even if the gap wasnât that big. Thereâs just enough flexibility to the material and it didnât feel like breaking!

Now that Iâve actually gotten around to writing this part of her arc (>.>") I can FINALLY publicly show off this commission I got of Alryette chasing down and finally getting the upper hand against her nemesis. Definitely a long time coming IC, and was fun to write while I was on a work-vaycay during the summer.
