As a Tauren I take offence at having to wear Leather

If you don’t want to wear leather as a Tauren, just transmog yourself to naked, because that’s a thing we can do now…

Oh wait, the underwear is made of leather, too.

Well…

At least Pandaren underwear is made of silk.

Leather is made from Vulpera hides.

My toon has rough, unprocessed leather panties. I cant imagine how horrible that must feel.

Yeah, I imagine it’s almost as bad as wearing that over fur.

looks at OP, shudders

Btw I lied - only Pandaren women have enough style to wear silken briefs. The males are wearing rough linen briefs…

But still, at least it’s more comfy than the poor tauren women!

I’m an expert in Shu’halo chronicles… and according to Taurahe society, their fur and leather vestments comes from Kodo hides, or predatorial wild life like wolves, lions etc… there is no mention of any other bovine species present in the region.

Unless ofcourse, the OP is a Gnomish invention, or rather, an aberration due to the after effects of experiments on Elwynn’s cattle for a possible “secret weapon used upon the Horde”.

:scream:

We use taurenly gathered leather. Only from fauna that died naturally, or which had to be killed in absolute necessity.

Reminds me of that time, how we once made a protest for the Nightborne to get more customisation in Orgrimmar lmao.

Hey vulpera are invite too could do with some appetisers

damn really? Where do i sign up

Sorry to burst your bubble. But cows, and most herbivores actually, will eat meat on occassion.

I nearly jumped out of my skin, the first time I was out checking on the cows and suddenly heard this loud bone crunching sounds, turning around to see one of the cows gobbling up a small rodent.

Some races of cattle are even known to engage in scavenging, eating discharged corpses left behind by other animals. Some even engage in active hunting, and will dig up rabbit holes to eat their young.

Every animal will eat meat when they get the chance to do so.
Cause it’s a huge source of nutrients for them, herbivore or not.

Yes of course pretty much any animal will eat meat given the opportunity (if it’s complex enough)
We were talking about cannibalism though which is a different topic, although you will obviously find cases. Necessity is the mother of invention after all.

We all know Pandaren are the tastiest. All that marinating in booze make for very tender meat…

If we look at all the races, there are only a few that would be true cannibalism, the rest is quite okay.

Humans: Not for dinner
All Elves: Off menu
Dwarves: Uneatable
Gnomes: Not enough meat
Trolls: Cannibalism
Taurens: Best beef and steaks in town
Vulpera: Eatable and their ears make great dog treats, plus their fur can be used for a nice pillow
Draenei: Skin is too froggish, but can be interesting for some other cultures
Worgen: Only eatable in Wolf form and need some Halal processing
Panda’s: Only males can be used for food, Females cannot be used
