based on the tier sets and new runes/class changes i’d say Warlock, Priest, Hunter and Tank Shamans are being shafted hard.
some more than others, but i.e priest is literally eating crumbs.
shadow in particular is getting a massive nerf because they won’t be able to run dispersion and void plague simultaneously anymore.
healer priests also won’t be able to even defend themselves now due to the same nerf that hits shadowpriest also carry over to the only healer build that could at least pop some dots to stand a chance in small scale pvp.
just keep healing and pray someone comes to save you i guess, lol.
honestly dont think dispersion is really needed my guy for shadow priest like they never run out of mp
You forget they have vampric touch now
there literly a mana battery wouldnt call vampric touch a bad ability. maybe blizzard thought cause of v-touch you wouldnt need dispersion anymore priest doing better then warlock

Curse of Weakness vs Homuncuti - curse of weakness is like so weak - compared to homuncuti watch if dont you spreads 3 very powerful debuffs and does damage may not do alot of damage but 3 of them it gets annoying after awhile

you get vampric touch. dont think you even realise how beyond busted this ability is as ulitity in raids how much mana returns your gonna get and whole raid gonna get cause this one ability
we have curse of agony - but guess what it sucks damage is so low per tic its dont give mp to anyone and raid leaders actually ask you not to use it cause that bad. its apart of affliction tree yet your punished for playing it
corruption vs power word: pain - we get 5 points just make a spell instant when should been in first place shadow priest gets extra 6 seconds of pain on it.
drain soul vs mind fray - no contest again
Life Siphon - vs devouring plague
Nightfall + Shadow bolt vs Mind Spike x3 + mind blast
again Mind spike and Mind blast

we get void zone and mind fray used together + blackout and destroy in aoe fights - warlocks gets hellfire and destroys themselfs
getting power word: sheild buffed to point wher eyou can put it on every single party member dirt cheap and keep putting on ppl as long cast rank 1 flash heal
Only the dispell damage from Unstable Affliction got improved. End of story. 
Dots alone and swd kills warlock priest can easily survive anything warlock throws at him
i mean… i’m not going to disagree. eye of the void literally has 3 warlock curses that all outrank current warlock curses and they last 3 minutes which is just crazy on boss fights.
so yeah priests definitely out here stealing the warlock’s job.
