Maybe you didnāt play in back in 2008 but meta existed back then too but keep coping.
And as I said its a PVE-PVP battleground not pure pvp so a moot point.

I will give you a Russian textbook. Since English in Russia knows at most 10%
if blizzard implements scaling leaver penalties for BG leaves within 24 HRS you will suddenly see EU players start to adapt and beat russians.
it is very easy to beat russian groups, stack balinda/galv, wipe them and then play as normal. EU players just refuse to adapt and rather quit or do regular rush strategy.
this problem isnāt with russians itās with spineless players that only care about maximum h/pm.
my suggestion is that first leave in 24 hrs is 15 min lockout as usual, 2nd is 1 hour and 3rd is 24 hour deserter debuff.
the culture of immediately giving up at the mildest inconvenience is pathetic, and it honestly fills me with disgust.

Theyāre not premades; theyāre just people from the same server and have a particular playstyle. The stomping happens because people only want to GRIND (read: abuse) the BG for easy and fast honor. Those so-called āpremadesā are actually PvPing, which is why they stomp the grinders who want to avoid PvP at all costs.

The problem is with neither, the problem is that this divide in groups exists to begin with. If youāre gonna match people against eachother in a random queue designed for equal win opportunity, you canāt be picking them from two entirely different pools. Iāve heard people from these russian servers here bragging how they played on private servers for 10 years, perfecting the AV tactics, yada. If thatās the case, then thatās definitely a broken matchup system. It would be like letting silvers play against diamonds in Overwatch all day, for lack of better analogy.

How does that matter when mixing people together for playing AV and IOC in wrath?
Either way its a win.
Russians get mixed in with EU - They understand nothing, we donāt understand them still equals to no more homogeneous russian groups having the communication advantage.
Russians get mixed in with EU- They adapt and achieve enough english to communicate strats equals to overall better teams while getting rid of homogeneous russian groups.
Itās a win win on both eyes, where is the disadvantage? Both outcomes get rid of the russian communication advantage. Itās not penalizing russians either (although deserved), and merely (forcefully) integrates them into the EU pool.

no its purely about up to 15 man the impact of same server matchmaking are negligible combined with actual Pvp oriented battleground rules where both teams are competing over the SAME mechanics to win leading to direct pvP combat
the Av is unique in that for the battle to conclude there doesnt need to be a SINGLE PvP confrontation at all and both teams have separate objectives to take care of with defending those objectives from the other team being completely optional and unnecessaryā¦
combine the two and you get battleground where most efficient way of finishing the battle clashes against group that doesnt get put together from many different servers so establishing the typical Ru turtle is much MUCH easier whereas organizing ragtag group from several vastly different servers on the EU side is nigh impossible ā¦
add on top the queueing abuse to make the problem even bigger ā¦
lastly the argument about comunication is absolute nonsense ā¦ currently in EU there isnt a SINGLE country that has English as primary language ā¦ so 100% of the EU has to learn SECONDARY language to even be able to comunicate ā¦
Why are russian so āspecialā that they get to have monolithic national server AND be matched only with each other for ācommunication reasonsā when French, German, Polish, Portugese or Spanish players all have to learn to speak in English to be able to comunicate ? ā¦ why are THEY given the advantage that is denied to every single nation in the EU ? ā¦
What I meant to say is that up to 15 man bgs russians are not an issue for most EU pugs.

No clue if thats happening, but to my understanding you can only queque 5mans atm yet you run into full premades in smaller bgs aswell, aka sweaty gehennas peebottle premades from back in classic
True that, theres no reason whatsoever to not mix them in with the rest of us, I dont even know why anyone would complain about it happening besides for the current political situation

Queueāing up with your own server only is a massive benefit, chances of playing with the same people over and over again skyrocket (compared to the EU player pool), continue that for several months (years) and you effectivly have a premade. Stop pretending itās not, because youāre naive and ignorant.
Why do you think RU play so much AV? Or you encounter them significantly more in AV? Because thatās where their advantages are most blatantly obvious. Theyāre not ābetterā in pvp, or ābetterā at the game. They are more organized on a grand scale, because their premade nature.
In smaller scale bgās, where actual pvp is more of a centre-point, they lose. And lose relativly often, since smaller groups, even of randoms are easier to coordinate and organize, and the objectives in the smaller bgās are fairly straightforward and require less nuance to achieve.
While dropping them into the bigger pond, to take away their advantage seems to some degree the logical solutionā¦ I mean, if they want to communicate, they can learn basic english like the rest, or just be the odd fish in the pond.
Personally, Iād rather see them seperated entirely, or the EU players given the option to toggle matchmaking vs RU realm or not. Be it through pre-made toggle or just pvp toggle in general.
Besides, AV is the gear-grinding bg, itās not even a half decent bg if you really want pvp. Those that keep saying that are delusional and most likely canāt get anyting done in pvp if itās not 5 vs 1.
Go to proper bgās, where pvp is an actual focus: WSG, AB or EotS. Smaller scale, and alot more conflict driven.
If 30-40 min AVās are your idea of what it should be, well, Iām pretty sure alot of people would just stop playing them alltogether, if thatās going to become the standard. The only reason itās so popular right now, is because of the relative speed vs honor, wich allows decent gearing, especially for alts (wich is what most people are doing nowadays).
90% of Russians do not know English and do not want to learn it. I can give you a Russian textbook

Regardless, I allready speak several national languages + english (wich is not one of them), as do most of the EU people. You want to be part of the EU group, you better make the same effort at the very least, learn some english.
We donāt want to learn English, thatās why you yourself cried to be separated from the Russian-speakers by bg. If you have memory problems, then look at the history on the forum. And now you want everything back.
