Thats what I do.
but I don’t kick at first. I just /rw until they stop.

In my experience, split-runs only makes the raid take longer for less loot. Bosses bug out, people stuck in combat, cannot res and so forth.
Also, unless they’ve changed it, raw Infinite Power is also not being mailed. The amount is random, but during an average run, I loot somewhere between 15 and 30k raw IP. (up to 5-6k-ish pr boss. Sometimes 900, sometimes 700, sometimes 1500, sometimes 2900 and sometimes 5250 etc etc).
I’ve basically pasted this info to raidchat. Average player like myself is unfortunately not aware of the loss. Once they’ve read the info they stopped splitting but there were couple of those folk who “I’m here for ip not for bronze”.
On top of that there is a new type of split player, who’d start solo the boss down with hilarious low ip.
I /rw at the start “Splitters will be kicked. Pull boss without everyone there=kick”
I often invite lowgeared/low vers players as well because I can carry them myself and I add that to the /RW as well.
Sometimes I have groups that actually help out the lower geared players I invite and sometimes I end up kicking between 3-5 people.
Either situation feels great tbh
I’ve come to solo EN mythic now because of the splitting. There’s too much of a loss for lower geared players. You could miss out on 5k IP per boss if a legendary memento dropped for you. As small as it is, lots of small things add up to something big.
I had these pepegas few times in group
I just kicked them out after they killed a boss. They were mad af.
ironically it’s also the splitters who are begging for summons because they’re too lazy to actually fly inside, and then don’t help summon other people, resulting in delaying the raid even further
Make your own group Ninja pull= kick or something, problem solved, I personally don’t care about 1,4k Bronze, and I like split runs, but I make my own group with the title “SPLIT” I don’t do it if I join a random group.
sadly even though if the raid leader makes a no split group and says no split, people just ignore this and do whatever they want anyways.
But I guess that’s also because people just blindly join groups without reading.
‘no 123’ - asks for one anyways and gets kicked
‘no split’ - splits anyways
‘all difficulties’ - “are we doing hc after?”
Where do you find time to write or even read things in raid chat?
I spend all my energy in trying to chase the tank.
Doesn’t matter the community is toxic, I was doing a raid today, and there are so many people AFKing now, and I told the leader to kick the afkers, cause I find it annoying people join and being lazy, literally everyone’s response “It’s remix bro” people don’t care if a person AFK and gets free items and vers% what makes you think they gonna care if they do splits.
yes that was my point as well, there’s no fixing the splitting since people don’t give a damn anyways
Tbh, the afk’ers are the smarter ones. Running after players on steroid speed and hardly getting a chance of hitting a boss is kinda stupid.
Banning is a bit much for something that inherently is not cheating nor an exploit.
I believe the responsability belongs with the players, I keep an eye out for splitting and call it out when I see people trying to split in raid and they often just get kicked.
I tend to camp the EN fork room after the first boss as well as in the nighthold on the plateau where the road splits into 3 directions for different bosses.
Same honestly, issue is EN forcibly porting you after xavius dies
Have already had it happen in a mythic raid that this caused 2 bosses to be missed, which is why I now tell on splitters, because that was really annoying.
That’s why I apologised for the Rage bait title, and immediately offer a much more reasonable solution.
Ah fair, I would’ve believed it if it was frustration tho cause trust me I was seething when I got ripped away from killing Il’gynoth into the post xavius zone of EN
didn’t help that we constantly kept warning not all bosses down hold up
I’m just in the habit now of making my own groups for EN, stating in the note: “No splitting”, and then putting warning out at the start of the raid that splitters will be removed from the group without warning.
Most people will then behave. Although I did get some angry /w’s from someone who was removed from the group yesterday. But they cost me 6k bronze
I’ll keep an eye out in case if I’m ever looking around on my warrior at the same time you’re posting one.
Unfathomably based
