Unfortunately you’re likely to get into trouble as they don’t like it when people name GMs in forum posts.
Not my rules, but I myself got caught out by this in the distant past so I’m just saying now for future ref its best just to quote the main message text and leave the GM details out.
That all being said I feel your pain and agree that this situation is totally unacceptable.
Fix it ,thanks i didn’t know about that. And yes is unacceptable. I’m from Bulgaria here 13 euro for subscription is not a wasted money. Here minimum wage is 300 euro after tax net is about 230-240 euro.
I may not be on the minimum wage, but the situation is difficult. Not to mention that I have some Saturdays and Sundays to play and my Friday is screw up for something I pay for. And I pay for a whole month so I can play on Saturdays and Sundays.
And in general, when I pay a lot of money and a lot of people pay it too, I expect that when it says 24/7 support there will be 24/7 support. Not for my ticket to hang for 10 hours and in the end for some GM to open and click on resolve without having feedback from me.
And even I don’t have the option to reopen the ticket and have to go through the whole thing again and wait again. Absolutely unacceptable. And least of all, I least expect them to take revenge on me and everyone else for the inconvenience caused wasted time and money.
No worries, i think it’s burried somewhere in the T&Cs for forum use but in any case I hope that you get your ban sorted sooner rather than later.
And because in many places some on writes about some things in France. GM and CMs don’t even need to know what they mean. I pay to play and I don’t get what I pay for. If they have problems, they are their problems. Here you say that they didn’t even like to mention the names, sorry, not the names but the nicknames of GM in the forum as if it were a secret nickname or ashamed of any of their actions not to be associated with them. Otherwise, they can write apologies that do not affect us. But how they closed my ticket, which I waited for 10 hours without even asking for an answer from me, crossed all boundaries. I last had a problem years ago and again I say live chat was something with which you feel a personal attitude to your problem and the person is online he writes to you until the cause of the problem is solved or or at least found.
I honestly wish it was this way, but sadly this isn’t the way Blizzard works now.
That all being said I do sincerely hope they reverse your ban because this does seem completely unnecessary.

I had a look into a few reports about this, and it seems the suspensions in question had in fact already expired while players were still unable to log in.
For most situations like this, you can reset your password in order to refresh the status of your account which should help clear out any lingering expired suspensions.

Same exact problem here. My suspension was for roughly 2 days and ended on 16 OCT in the morning. Status changed from “Suspended” to “Active” but I have since been unable to login and it keeps adding on more time day by day, as for you. I immediately made a ticket under appeals and am awaiting assistance as well. If any GM is reading this I would kindly appreciate assistance
GM’s don’t read or post on the forums. The Blues are not GM’s, and have no power to intercede.
I have had the exact same issue, I was banned for a name for 24 hours and when I logged in I received another 48 hour ban.
I submitted a ticket about this but the GM didn’t even read half of the information and marked the ticket as ‘resolved’ after me waiting for 40 hours without giving me any help or info into why I have received a second ban.
Is this what i’m paying 9.99 a month for? I’m a customer of 13 years for gods sake. Absolutely awful customer service I am completely disgusted with how i’ve been treated.

I tried this and it didn’t work sadly.
I honestly feel that people who get banned, have no recourse to complain about “customer service”, after all they were the ones breaking the rules.
I don’t think you understand. I was not annoyed in the slightest about the ban the original ban for the name, I waited for the ban to be lifted and when I went to log in I had received another ban without reason, hindering me from playing the game now for 3 days.
I hade the same problem, changing pw did not work but i had a starter edition account that i removed and that fixed it for me.
