They don’t, the vast majority does though. But as always that will decrease with every day when the grumpiness fills the excitement that drips away. 
It’s always like that every year. Queue times will also get longer with each day.

Seems we are limited to 10 attempts per hour…
If you have chars on multiple realms just do one realm until you hit instance cap then relog to the other realm and hit that instance cap.

They nerfed the xp for doing it.
Why would you do something like this Blizzard? What was wrong with getting XP from event dungeons? Stupid, pointless nerf.
I noticed my alts weren’t getting much this time. Sadge.
They nerfed xp and also ilvl reward.
I wouldn’t say nerfed, that would sound like they actually did something But it seems the usual thing has happened: they neglected their events.
Happens too often these days.
Look at the state winter veil was in, Darkmoon fair (bugs that I have reported a few times), Lunar festival and Love is in the air event.
Sadly since there is not much noise about it… I think its either not going to be worked on or it will take the usual slow time of Blizzard.
Edit: At least they fixed the iLvL today (not that its worth it for anyone).

Haven’t seen a rocket drop for anyone. It was sad to see some were already slacking (AFK’ing) and found one druid bot as well. Ah well, tomorrow is yet another day.
I’ve not seen anyone get it either, but it’s hard to tell, not everyone opens them with others around.
98 tries so far.

was about to make a thread about lockouts, but saw your thread and its connected so no need for a new thread.
how do you do 49 alts? do you really wait the 4 1/2+ hours it takes? i have over 30 alts that are 50+ but just now (as during all these types of events) i’ve quickly hit the hourly instance cap. as i have things going on irl, i only get small clumps of time to log on atm, i could have stayed online for 90 mins if i could have spamed all 30 alts one after the other, but i cant put the time aside right now for 150 minutes+
so again i suggest remove instance cap in legacy content & holiday mount farms.
wait a sec, instance lock is server wide only? i swear it said it was account wide on my add on, plus last event (headless horseman) i still couldn’t queue when i moved from ghostlands toons to silvermoon toons
