Bears don’t have more HP than other tanks, like it was in past.

Bears masterys gives them more HP and more healing received.
Not one sentence said “they have more hp than other tanks”. You’re reading stuff that isn’t there.

It still does. I get 8.3% extra hp and healing now and I am not stacking mastery (it is my lowest secondary stat).
