Hello folks 
The issue is still being looked into, we had however some positive reports for a possible workaround:
- Move your character on the Blackwing Descent plateau
- Log off
- Wait a few seconds and relog
If the workaround doesn’t have any effect though, please keep reporting the issue via the in-game bug report option!
