Heels were originally invented for men. So why not.

However, men used to wear heels long before women started wearing them. Nearly everyone has heels on their boots, itā€™s normal. They should add heels to both male and female characters.
In FFXIV you can have heels on anyone. If you care about transmog Iā€™d give it a try since they have a good trial.

heels are only used for humans and the sophisticated alliance, the horde can wear spikes on their shoes and call it zugzugheels

This game will suck forever until Tauren and Draenei females can wear heels.

Draenai females already look like they wear heels due to their hooves. How the hell would they wear heels if they have hooves?

Tbh many gear is distracting. I donā€™t think heals will be (if itā€™s the same vibe as the Sylvanas heels)

Nothing funnier than seeing a shirtless Vulpera with butterfly wings running around with the flag

it would be hilarious to see tauren on high heels. but i think this is one of those things wich just doesnt work well with models
