to be honest all boosters should have been permabanned from game years ago .
but since blizzard makes to much $$$ sellign tokens yu can blame people for being happy you were at least muted :0

same bug has happened to me and my group on heroic dificuty
at the start of expansion, so i guess its still not fixed 
once i picked up ball and disengage with it from platform on my hunter = boss unable to spawn

Had this too today, on an alt, running a +4. It was annoying, we reran it on +3 and while doing so I thought: imagine if this happens on 20 or above, damn!

if they really cared and werent just blindly venting they would bug report this in the proper place for starters.
You don’t fail a key if the game is badly programmed. It’s like trying to swim with concrete blocks as shoes. It does not work.
im pretty sure you can fail a key even if the game was perfectly programmed…

This boss simply won’t come down to fight. You can’t suicide to reset, as jumping off just flies you back up. Heartstoning out and re-entering can’t be done without taking a -1 on your key.
This is 100% a Blizzard issue, it has been for 2+ months and nothing has been done to fix it.
