If 1 person needs 4 chars to help make the guild progress… then the issue isn’t on you i’m afraid.
I think the issue is lack of players with small amout of skill to do HC, most of them have too low dps for normal.
Nah, it’s even better. She apparently needs 3 iLvL 150 characters in addition to her main to make sure her Heroic guild progresses.

I’ve got two characters, several of my guildies have just 1, and we’re over halfway through Mythic.
You don’t need 4 characters to progress on Heroic. If anything it’s liable to harm your chances because it means you’ve got not time to actually become skilled at any one of them.
At the end of the day some people, even if standing in an open field, will just find the nearest brick wall somewhere somehow and start slamming their faces into it - and then they’ll complain that it hurts.
Have you try do Heroic raid with group where people do 3k dps or less?
The basic issue is where everyone thinks they have to do something, thus giving themselves more work.
Even with anima, some don’t care about the mogs at all, so they have less need for it and therefore think the amount of anima we get is fine.
Others like me change a few months into the expac and have had wasted over 50k anima on the previous covenant(NF) and think the amount of anima we get is small.
Yes it was a bad decision from the start going into a weak covenant knowingly, but it was also my own decision to change or stay.
Now it doesn’t really matter what covenant i’m in since my guild is dead for raiding anyway… but i wish there was more anima for me to catch up faster with the buildings and i can then focus on whatever mogs i want.
But yes basically, we give ourselves things to work on and complain based on that.

Isn’t that what your 150 ilvl toons do? Like I don’t get the point of them if you’re saying people do low DPS and then say you need to keep up with your 150 ilvl alts?
I don’t do heroic on my 150 lvl alt they are only for cosmetic farm.

Pugs do often better dps than my guildmates. but If I go with pug my guild will don’t get items from raid because my character will have locked drop. You have no idea how drop lock works?
Then why say you need to keep your alts up to date to help your guild?
I do lol… when i said i don’t pug i meant i don’t do any Nat runs since my guild died.
If i wanted to keep raiding i would pug… but i don’t want to do that due to obvious issues.
I never said I do need keep up alts I need keep up my main and getting better gear to decrease chance to get killed because some one in my guild is too lazy to get better items every week or get some skill.
so whats the diff betvine renown and Rep grinding ? bouth are a bar what goes up with by grinding bouth are locked by timegated system … there is no diff

I leveled up my warrior and I was getting renown from basically everything. Callings, lfr bosses, random hcs. It’s very fast.
oh yeah more “fun” , how out of touch are these devs i really wonder sometimes, lets not forget flying will be gated behind renown 80, if you expect to have it any sooner you’re delusional

No, but if I had I would certainly not have believed that me getting max renown on 3 iLvL 150 characters would fix that problem.
Why do low level dungeon farm toons need Renown 40?
To unlock cosmetics for plate, mail and cloth also mounts and pets?
You get a free 197 ilvl set which all your alts should have access to. No reason to be at <197ilvl on a regularly played character at this stage of the game.
Any source for this , this is going to bring so much salt xD
