I doubt Blizzard will do anything about it until Shadowlands. When people enter Tomb of Sargeras to attempt to solo the raid and are faced with these orbs, the whining will most likely start that “only Demon Hunters and other classes who can counter knockbacks can do the fight”.
I agree the orbs are annoying, but it’s a matter of learning the fight rather than leaving after one wipe- which most people do because they are impatient. If you get everything without any challenge there is no joy in getting the reward for completing the task.
Then… you know, you could make a group where people only get invited if they join discord or use the in-game voice chat. Yeah, really hard problem to solve.
Actually, its all about getting good. If you are a good player, then the orb won’t knock you off and you won’t die. If you are a bad player then it will knock you off, you will die, and instead of getting good you will come to the forums asking for a nerf for an already irrelevant content.
Pretty ironic that it’s coming from someone who also failed to say anything constructive in the whole tread and only whined about not being able to solve an issue that you only created for yourself.
Dude. Fights are designed to be in a particular order when it comes to phases.
But when you deal a very high amount of damage, often times you can skip phases and kill the boss without any of those issues.
Even now, if you deal enough damage to argus on mythic, he won’t reach phase 2 and will die.
new expansion would mean we’re 2 expansions ahead of legion content. At that time, most bosses will be soloable. Regardless of immunity in phase 2, you’ll kill them faster than phases can kick in.
Don’t know, some bosses don’t allow to skip phases regardless how much damage you do as far as I remember but you might be right, I am not someone who joins tmog runs so often.
my point? my point is Kil’jaeden is different than those bosses we solo? I also solo those raids I know but Kil’jaeden mechanic is different. You fall down from a cliff, which means instant death.
