I hope to god that you’re a woman because you sound like a complete wimp.
Go outside if you want to see women.
This is a video game and there are tens of thousands of different armor pieces, running around in your panties sounds ridiculous, it also looks ridiculous.
There are plenty of scantily themed tmogs around if you want them and they are already in-game and free to obtain. If that’s your thing.
What in the weekend thread is this
i woudl play SoD extensively if they put there char boosts.
and many many other people woudl too .
cant justify wasting that many tns of hours just getting to endgame though
hopefully with TBC SoD they will give some sort of epic version including char boosts
till today im really baffled why they never put char boosts into classic era servers - that would instantly revitalise them .
I agree
Blizzard is in desperate need of some more lewdness.

For a non-gacha game, our progress from both a performance point of view as well as a completion point of view is waaaaaaaaay too RNG-based, to the point of mathematical impossibility to achieve one’s goals before they are removed or superseded.
There’s plenty weird games on Steam for the greasy creepy looking Gnome, not everyone want s to play world of XXX craft
Go to Goldshire or something and watch the naked Elf’s dance on the mailbox if you need your jollies from some pixels.
I think* classic players tend to like the lvling up experience(to an extent) compared to retail where it takes no time to level at all, you get a couple level for a 5min dungeons crazy fast XP.
SOD is 300% xp gains from quests and gold rewards - That already quite fast to lvl up. Plus there’s incursion’s which give fast XP.
Personally I would not want boosts in SOD, there’s plenty gold sellers advertising this service though along with raid carry for all you T2 gear and epics, just sit back and swipe you credit card. The place is infested with more bots than the OP has lice in his crusty pants.
eastern games vs western games, even 20 years ago when i was 21 and started to play wow i really did not felt the need for skimpy outfits, if your hungry for sexy pixels and shaders get a vr-headset and make sure you lock your door so mom cant enter
This made me lol.
But yeah I genuinely would like some more revealing armours. For both body types.
Can we then also get skimpy clothes for male characters that show off those big, burly worgen and nelf muscles for the female audience, I mean it’s only fair?
You are a brave, brave person posting links like that, the first link is explicit, and definitely NSFW
I just wanna spread the word of games like Vindictus, Blade & soul and Black desert.
Feels like a lot of people don’t know about them or what kind of outfits other games actually have.
We are getting the skimpier version of sylvanas set this week on the trading post, I think?
Anyway I think the blizzard suits have time and time again clearly proven they are not above predatory practices and pushing the boundaries to squeeze their often gullible customer base for money. The cash shop, the lootbox fiasco… they were definitely not above getting children addicted to gambling as long as they could disguise it but heaven forbid they see a partly revealed tiddy, that’s a scandal.
Its all about what they can get away with. Games made in the east seem to follow looser regulations in general so they use both, scandalously skimpy outfits as well as gambling elements to get potential whales interested and addicted.
The west has stricter regulations to protect the customer. At least based on my experience and observations having had a chance to play many MMOs and RPGs. Asian countries dont seem to care as much about exposing their younger audience to overly busty anime waifus if their products are anything to go of off.
Blizzard would do all of this and more if they could but western companies are held to a higher standard. The corruption that runs rampant in India / Asia / Africa is on a whole other level if you wanted to delve down that rabbit hole.
In any case if there is one thing I think we can all agree on regardless of personal beliefs its that companies like Blizzard claiming they are inclusive and totally care about womens rights or whatever is a complete farce. They care about their bottom line. The 80 euro brutosaurus should have erased any doubt of that if you still had any.
Only reason(s) you don’t see more skimpy clothing as of late and why they have retroactively covered up or redesigned female outfits from the past(Alexstrazsa, Sylvanas, Jaina, those random succubi statues in Diablo 2, covered up starter outfit cleavages etc etc etc) is because they need to reach a younger audience to profit-maxxing. To that end they need to tone down the more edgy parts of the universe or at least make it more ‘subtle’ and digestible.
Fewer gritty elements, less edge. More inclusivity. No ‘toxic masculinity’ unless its used for a quick throwaway male villain like that dwarf guy in the second zone. No appealing to the male gaze.
You see all western games following this trend right now. ‘Strong’ women who are straight up bonked by the ugly stick or made to look completely average and uninteresting(like mary jane from the later spiderman games, cough).
I think Blizzard is especially keen on following the trends because of the hot waters they landed in some years ago. They have a lot to atone for if they want that sweet DEI money.
Personally I’d like to see more skimpy outfits as well past the really low quality ones from vanilla times. I am ultimately pro choice when it comes to these things. Give us full plate as well as bikinis and let the customer decide what they want to wear. Male and female.
I’ve always liked the outfits you could buy in the guild wars 2 cash shop personally. 10-20 dollars, non subscription game. They have always had a very talented designer team… who I suspect are actually Asian at the end of the day as well. It’s been a while since I played that game though, I wonder how hard the recent trends have affected the game in terms of design, if at all.

10-20 dollars,
Wanna hear something funny?
The vindictus outfit in the first picture above… is 300 euro, unless you are lucky on the rng box
I only did that once tho :>

Hot transmog. Look at gacha games; look at other mmorpgs that have sexy clothing. They are bringing in millions. I guarantee you if they would release a hot transmog in the shop, they would generate millions over night. Please Blizzard, please, for the love of God, give us some sexy clothing and armor.
Was Twisted taken. Just asking…

But they wont and we all know why, they are trying to virtue signal as being progressive, and apparently having a sexy body and showing it off with revealing clothing isn’t progressive at all, no Blizzard thinks being hot is sexist. Guess Blizzard is Christian conservative/Muslim after all. Meanwhile they have gay centaurs and other trans and gay characters in game, but refuse to release revealing armor to the players. I don’t get it.
If you wanna pay me £50 then i’m happy to put my orc in see-through dress for you. Whatever rocks your boat - and lines my pockets.
Blizzard should start selling everything ingame tbh.
Transmog gear from all raids/dungeons
All mounts regardless of where they come from like the pvp mounts and mounts from raids.
They should sell it for gold or/and real life money.
They would make millions off it.
