All servers are not down, and people are not crying, they are showing where and how the problem is persisting, which given that I talked to a few friends several hours ago and they reported it happening, im amazed with their experience over the years (15+?) they didnât fix it sooner. Shows what happens when blizz downsizes their support staff.
