The instructions I got from Blizzard CS is this:
According to the MTR file you’ve sent it looks like you’re experincing packet loss at ae1-br01-eqld5.as57976. net

Would you mind forwarding your MTR results to the ISP and asking them to route you around that node, then retesting your connection?

Now, currently I am working so I cannot test this.
If anyone here is also having issues like me, try to contact MTS support and have them do what was instructed.

Hope it helps, I will try it in a few hours.

p.s. resetting router did nothing for me as well.

I think think that 4% at that node are not the issue cause all nodes after the one don’t have packet loss. And also we are not experiencing bad connection but we cant login at all to World of Warcraft and Battlenet App.
Try testing WinMTR to 185.60.114.159, cause for me testing to 185.60.112.157 and 185.60.112.158 IP addresses was fine, but when testing 185.60.114.159 it couldn’t reach destination.

This is what worked for me:

Type 192.168.1.1 into your browser’s address bar. When prompted, use this:
User name: telekom
Password: telekom
Go to ‘Management & Diagnosis’ tab, then click on ‘System Management’ on the left. You will see ‘Reboot Management’ field with a ‘Reboot’ button inside. Go to Task Manager and kill ALL Battlenet processes. When you’ve done that, click ‘Reboot’ button. Wait for the modem to start over and hope for the best.

I have responded to another topic, but here to pitch in as well.
I can login to Battle Net and play WoW, but I’m experiencing increase in home and world ms.
After restarting the modem I could no longer connect to Bnet, second restart fixed it, but I still have increased MS.
I hope this gets fixed by Telekom soon.

Worked for me , thanks!

I tried what Ravenfall suggested and it did not worked for me. I don’t understand…
playing this game so long and never encounter this weird issues.
It’s only WoW.
I can log in using ow.exe and typing me info with no problem but battle net app
and wow I can’t

Ravens solution fixed my problem, try that who didnt. Apparently manually reseting router, and reseting it in router manager isnt the same. Thank you again cheers!

It seems you guys have new router because mine is different I don’t have system management and reboot management. But yeah it has option to reboot but that did not helped.

Try to contact mts support then and have them reset it remotely.
maybe that helps

I called them. Explained situation and they said they are investigate atm. They did reset my router but no cigar. Did not worked for me. This is getting frustrating now.

Well Telekom as well, tried to restart router - didnt worked, turned it off for 30min - didnt worked, tried to reboot it - didnt worked, stuck on updating blizzard agent ( deleted bnet app since i thought it bugged ). Has anyone tried to use some VPN to go around it?

For everyone on here i can only tell you what i have read through other posts. And everyone says the same. All you can do atm is wait and post stats to Blizzard so they have an easier time fixing it.

I truly hope your issues are resolved soon,
Turintan

Yes using any VPN is working even free ones. I have now some 7 days free VPN and working without issues.

p.s VPN’s are safe to use it’s not against rules.

Can you link it here? I mean the name of VPN you are using.

I am using Protonvpn

I rebooted router few times, had public IP addresses 178.220.210.63 , 178.220.177.55 and 178.220.22.138 which is active now, but still can’t login.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

I have the same problem, since yesterday 2th December. I rebooted my modem, reistalled the app, and nothing could help :frowning:

I think it would be helpful if everyone, both people who got it working and people who still can’t login, could post here their public IP address (you can check that on sites like whatismyip. com) and WinMTR (eu.battle. net/support/en/article/27780) results for 185.60.114.159.
