They are what each player want them to be . Not what you have idealized in your mind .
Yeah its progression, but there’s already a system
We already have the tier level of the delve, the player level and the level of brann, I don’t see why they would need an additional variable of player ilvl, whats the point of brann having levels on top of that? Just make him scale with your ilvl 100% or make Brann’s own levels determinate
Mind you I’m saying this as a very lucky person who got to 598 ilvl solely by delves because I got 0 duplicate items which means I’m probably as high as you can be with delves atm
All this does is weaken brann’s damage output which leads me back to my earlier point;
What endgame do you normally do?
It already HAD that. Tiers state the recommended ilvl for a reason.
They just also added that particular thing to Brann’s scaling as well.

Well, probably so it’s easier to overgear for it.
I really think many people are not realizing that this is meant to be a seasonal progression pillar. This isn’t meant to be something you just go and finish in week 1.
It SHOULD take effort and time in order for it to be a proper progression system.
The fact that many people have already done all the tiers is the real problem imo.

It’s probably so people don’t use the exp they gained on other characters to have Brann carry their noob alts.
I was doing that on my 550 BM Monk and Brann was absolutely blowing everything up.
That doesn’t work. That’s too much of a difference.

So the mythic+ groups brokes delves because it was for they easier as mythic + ?
Delves was for the people who do not want to have stress with toxic mythic+ groups
I go with my sweaty M+ friends and blast cuz thats how we like , and you go backpedal solo cuz thats how you like . Fair ?

Because if that’s fair, then how about we add a solo version of M+ dungeons where I can just run through it as if it’s Diablo and get equal rewards?

Yes because two different genre of games are the same… lol what and last time I checked WoW isn’t on console.
Raiding is as niche as PvP if you remove LFR stats so would you like Blizzard to keep making content that costs money for a small % to ever see it or expand the game for solo players who might get into the raiding thing with how progression is working…
