i am like Asmond i want ALL the loot
I took my ilvl 294 priest into LFR the other day and ninjaâd robes n shizzle off the low geared people, it was glorious those disenchanting materials came in handy for enchanting my dagger.
I got some hate but I simply responded with Blame the system not the player, according to the forums I have as much right to roll on these items as you.
then you get secretly blisted oh wait this is not crapstic
Would you do lfr if you would know that you will propaby not be able to get anything becouse there are players with lower itemlvl having prio on gear?
I still won the items⌠even won a few greed rolls on plate n stuff, best day ever for an enchanter.
I prefer personal loot and im doing this to make a point, I can grief and I will do it thanks to Blizzâs brilliant ideaâs.
Personal loot only difference is that people cant blame or act hatefully since its Blizzard system directly distributing loot so people feel stupid to blame anyone getting any loot. But once there is actual player imput now they have target to blame even tho it literaly makes no difference as they wouldnt win item no matter what system is in use. Funny how peoples.behavirou can change when they have actual person to blame over system even when output is excatly same.
Now thereâs a focus for blame where as before there really wasnt one, I blame the system not the player, Blizz should bring back P loot for the sanity of the playerbase.
Yep, brilliant isnt it?
Yep except of fact that this is exactly how personal loot system works. You just dont get to see it.
it is not ninja looting if u need a item for trasmog or to level enchant ⌠becurse he accualy needed it
If itâs exactly the same, then lets go back to it.
I donât really view the two systems the same and far prefer PL over this system. Especially as GL is not working as it originally explained.
You cant get back to becouse personal and group loot are different in way how items drop. Personal drop items based on classes and specs. Group loot can drop entire boss loot table no matter on class setup. This difference doesnt allow to coexist those two systems.
They could change the system to whatever they please. I donât think itâs a case of canât. However, IMO this change was brought in to stop class/armor stacking which is only done by a minority of players.
However, I would like to see GL working as it was explained in their blueposts, so that people canât need on downgrades/lower ilvl, that people canât win two of the same item etc. This would cut back on a lot of the complaints we are currently seeing.
It was done by minoriry. Not anymore. With everyone sitting on army of 20+ alts class stacking become last 2 expansion very acessible even among casual players and specialy among boosting community which is very common thing nowdays.
The funniest thing is, now we are going to roll need on everything and will not trade useless items anymore after winning the item. With personal loot i did put my loot up for roll.
I used to do the same, especially if that person needed the item, no longer will I do such a thing now that its a competition.
u cant sell the loot in AH if it is bind on pickup in personal loot
group loot BOEs loot best loot
I did not know. Thanks for sharing. I will check where to find it.
Did you make these posts when the same kind of player was awarded that piece of gear and didnât trade it away before?
Nope. Never ran into that issue.
I know that blah blah they both technically work the same behind the scenes but subconciously need before greed will always cause more hostile community interaction than personal loot did. Because itâs someone actively choosing to take an item they donât need rather than just being assigned it. Toxic behaviour like not rolling on an item until most people have left to their next queue is already happening.
Loot is also not evenly distributed. One guy can win three exactly the same items from ONE boss and they know it upsets people, so theyâll keep on needing on stuff they donât actually need to provoke a reaction.
