Having the exact same issue. Any game I log into, it boots my bnet launcher offline. Coincidentally, I have two wow classic accounts, and I suspected that was potentially the problem since all guildies said their launcher is fine as they only have a single account. I tried just launching diablo 3, and it does the same thing, logs me into D3 boots the launcher. Only a singular instance of any account can be logged in at any given time.
Launcher, or game. Not both. 2 accounts? You’re stuffed, you can’t even manually (bypassing launcher) log into the second account (which shares the same email address).
Also, tried uninstalling the launcher, reinstalling it, getting a new authenticator approval, same issue.

Just have to wait I guess till it get fixed.
yes, but i also have multiple guildies logged onto more than one account at a time
While I have two active subscriptions myself, this seems to also be happening to my girlfriend who is only using one WoW account.
Whenever she logs in there, it kicks her off her Battle.net app.
On the other hand my brother, also using two accounts, is doing just fine.
While it feels like there is some bias to those of us that are using two WoW accounts, it does not seem to be the one thing determining whether or not you get this buggy behaviour.
My problem got fixed guys
