You can compare their execute phases now as well. Both enter a new phase once execute kicks in, and it might play out differently, but both benefit from it.
You claimed that arms was only stronger in execute prior to legion, but now you say they can’t be compared?
Fury spec was alot more rounded end of wod and especially through Legion. The problem is the old battle cry was replaced with recklessness to cut down on the number of spells. but the spec has been stripped down too much.
Previously u still had your recklessness special that u would stack with battle cry whilst enraged for true warrior burst damage.
Unfortunately in bfa the fury spec has been gutted and stripped down to bashing a few buttons sharing the same gcd.
for example blood bath has been removed which was one of the top bleed talents and the aoe is now centred around whirlwind providing those two stacks.
In bfa, raging blow has been nerfed into ground.
Its a shame as the fury spec was alot less boring to play in wod and Legion due to the increased utility and spells available to the, spec making it more diverse and less button bashy.
