I hope they fix it and that it's not just an automatic restart of their server because of the change to winter time.
Client just updated from 1.15.8.63829 to 1.15.8.64057 …
… but all servers still offline
yes smell good, 1h hour of maintenance till 2 am
Nevertheless, better communication from Blizzard is missing here . This has long been part of the basic understanding of even the smallest companies

@Blizzard i understand that some bugs can occur (normaly as a IT standard u test it before u roll it out for the users, PTR for example). But what i really not understand is that there was no communication at all, no bluepost, no info in the launcher just nothing. this is a thing that shouldnt be happen by a multi billion dollar company. please work on this. its true that we, the classic players, not pay for expansions but we also pay for the monthly subscribtion and with this behaviour u will lose in the long run against the private servers. i dont play on them but i knew a few dudes which do and what i heared they communicate asap with zero monthly subscription.
Just came here to say I cancelled my subscription because of lack of customer support, acknowledgment of the issue, among, multiple issues and general lack of ongoing care for customers is frankly, ridiculous. Wishing everyone all the best, but frankly i’m not putting another penny into a game that doesn’t give a damn about its players.
