Absolute disappointment - foremost, breaking a core functionality on a FRIDAY release and second - not having operations team during the weekend (for at least a basic rollback).
Looks like customer success is rather customer failure.

This is a total joke, this is not a live service, I see this problem has been present for a very long time and there is no official communication, this is nonsense

I canceled my subscription. Money is the only way to put pressure on a company like this to get better support. I have until November 4th to renew. We'll see if they respond to my criticism in the email.

I mean I understand how live service function, and also how easily games get broken with update, part that bothers me that there is nobody answering to us on this post or anywhere else. We have no information for hours and hours. Aren’t there people being paid in case of emergencies like this, like in every company or industry
