They have listened they know all the isuses, they 100% do btu they dont care/dont see ti a sissues or whatever.
And a the we learned X and thats and that and from this and wont Xthing again is all to get people to shut up and buy the expac.
Blizz really designs for community they want instead one they already have.
if they all make so weak its worhtless then why go through al the frekaign trouble(for whats gonna be 3patches) when people have been teling its a terible idea since the expansion was freaking anounced
prolly in 9.3.5 or in rpepatch and then a month later remove entire system, liek ddi with targeted legiondaries onyl got to point it hsouldve been on launch in BFA PREPATCH.
Thats prolly likly TBH. ANd they aslo hve once said somwhere they have released broken systsems/uninifhsed on puprpose so can later fix it and go : seee we listned to comunnity!
Theyâve said they want to carve this philosophy. Part of doing that means not backing down when people scream they donât want it.
Not saying theyâre right. But I think itâs a tricky thing to balance designing games for your players but also trying new things. If Blizzard only ever listened to the players and never took risks/new steps, WoW would probably have stagnated after MoP and each expo weâd have been paying for nothing more than new zones to grind ânewâ loot in.
I mean sure, donât mess with the core systems absolutely. But I expect an expo to offer me something more than âanother talent rowâ and âsome new zonesâ and if thatâs all expos ever offered, itâd get boring very quickly (and become very difficult to balance as weâd just keep gaining and gaining abilities)
I think to Blizzard this is a fundamental part of the expansion and although theyâve been willing to listen about various other aspects, they are sticking firmly to their vision.
For me personally there is still enough in the game that will make me play and weâll see how it works out when the expansion goes live. I hope that if itâs a total disaster they will be able to see sense and make changes.
The whole system is so convoluted that even free switching isnât a good solution. Just nerf that into the ground and focus on balancing classes instead.
