Never ever run out of time, so sorry but you appear to have either an addon bug specific to just you, or as said above, you are doing it wrong.

I am. Thank you very much, and yes. We have this pathetic quests and “features” because people blinding support whatever they add into the game, because of their…addiction!
Unless… Are you capturing ALL the speed buffs? If you’re skipping SPEED buffs then ofcourse you’re going to fail, also don’t try to do shortcuts you need to turn ALL braziers by following ALL the speed buffs. SO no, do not fire the man, fire the player who apparently is refusing to understand HOW they failed something that lasts less than 3 minutes! No offense Jagarde, but that one quest DOES NOT HAVE shortcuts.

See, the quest can bug at the last stretch, cause the road there shifts between 2 areas, thus screwing with the progress on a rare occasion. Slimes spawning underground is also possible, once per blue moon.
That said, stop being so angry and fighting all who do not agree with you. It DOES make you look pathetic.

its one of the easier ones if you ask me and less time consuming… we could do with more WQ like it.

guessing you are using some kind of shapeshifting, as that makes it so the debuff is not refresed when clicking the brazzer.
else it is a you and only you problem

There is nothing wrong with the quest, it just seems you are on a fool hardy crusade to hammer Blizzard for nothing, made this thread expecting people to support you and failed.
Why fire someone over a super easy and quick quest?
Its harder to manage to fail it like you.
Are you sure you are lighting all braziers on the way? Doesn’t sound like it if you managed to fail and did not hit any slimes. Everytime i reach a brazier i still easily have 20 seconds or more left on the torch and the speed buff being long enough to reach the next speed buff
While its not a great quest. I am absolutely baffled how you can’t do it in one go.
You just hit every speed boost, avoid the slimes and click on the braziers. How do you run out of time? Are you walking?
And for people who bump into a slime, just go back to the last brazier to relight your torch. Even then you can still complete it.
there is a flaw with the quest, it does not work if you shapshift(travel form, ghostwolf and the like) else it works fine

Of all WQs in SL this one is tbh the easiest and fastest to do; it literally is a hop skip and a jump and your done…
Then don’t shapeshift etc etc, the quest itself is simple and easy to complete.
Agree, always smile when I see it up, it is easy to get with the FP near it, 3 mins done and onto the next one.

I dont as i know it works like that but you said it had no flaws, what i mentioned is a flaw, though i can only think of 2 classes that has a problem with it.

It’s actually not uncommon that a shapeshift messes with speed buffs.
Next time maybe mention the class when you’re not posting on that character. We could have helped you out faster.

You didn’t mention it, so stop with trying to find faults where there aren’t any.

but it is not messing with the speed buff it is messing with the refresing of the brazzer itself so you dont gain more time
