You can just say this, I don’t think people mind if you say you want alone time. I was asked to join for some TW by friends tonight, I just said no thanks going for a couple of relaxing mog runs, they said okay.
I think you fear offending people when in reality most people don’t get offended when you say no to something, if they do get offended then they are not friends and remove them from your friends list
