Well for me:
I got short update. It has indeed lessened the issues a LOT, but it is far from gone. There is still lagspikes, long enviorement loading time, Music lag, item/icon visual bug (both at NPC and in bags) and delays.

With how bad it is today, not even this bandaid fix helps a lot (but it does help a little)

For me it happens all over the place, not so much in BFA open world though.
It’s across different chars/levels and both with and without WM. With/without addons…there’s no difference really. And it matters for Dungeons, Instanced PvP at all levels.

It wasn’t so bad before, it was doable with the hand-in lag. But today it has all gone crazy apparantly

Yesterday i was trying to achieve 1 victory of epic battleground for quest, couldn’t do that though, i was spamming 1 ability for 10 seconds, 60 players were running in place then someone pressed play and everything happened in 1 sec (like you described). all that with stable 60 fps as i am FPS maniac and have CTRL + F always on.

I beg you people, can ANYONE explain why such things happen in a game with active subscription in year 2019 A.D. ?? Please explain that to me :frowning: :frowning:

hah yeah I had that yesterday too. Then LAGSPIKE, then me flat on the ground, Then after a short while: Nuclear of Green, gold and red… Then I popped at the gy :rofl:

My best guess is still that it has something to do with the Party Synk implimentation. Every time Blizzard has scaled, changed zone levels etc, something similar happened. never THIS bad though

I don’t think it’s the reason my friend, before and sometimes even now in assault area those input lagspikes are noticable.

The same is happening with Battle for Nazjatar, esp when full raid is camping alliance/horde portal.

Simple Conclusion: It has something to do when there are too much players in the same place. I’m not specialist, but i think it might be too many packet packages from players going to server at the same time, and server is not fast enough to send packets back, so we are “queued” so you are first who will achieve “using ability” then next person etc. Blizzard do something about that, we love your game, but we can’t play it properly!!

Funny thing is that even in vanilla there were lags because of low end gpus and crowded areas, but you never had any spikes with fps at 30, never. Game is upgrading, or downgrading? now i have phone with 8 x better parameters than my PC back then in vanilla, so are our computers, but server side didn’t change much?

Some of my guild members are reporting these exact issues. I only have it with looting, which often result in clicking away too fast.

Well I run with a pretty nead SSD and never usually have issues at all, not even in Naz.
But right now, I feel like I play on a potato because of all the lag/delay :rofl: And I have been playing a new char in the middle of STV, in the morning hours… and still had these issues

I have fluid experience even when whole world stops, can’t interact with anything, but my character is smooth as always :smiley: I could run Witcher 3 on max settings, except Nvidia Hair Works, when i unlock fps i have around 120 in dazar alor, i’m using 100 mb/s via optic cable, no one will tell me that my setup can’t handle 40 people in wow :stuck_out_tongue: because in raids i don’t have any problems, it all happens in pvp only for me.

Peeking over at the US forums, I can see that there too the problems has escallated during “EU night”, also reporting Synking and LFG not working. Screen flickering of loadscreens, formchanging, item equipping.
People who can’t enter Retail OR Classic, and random DC’s :thinking:

I find it really odd that it just keeps on going like this

I wonder if these problems started when companies merged, or before, can’t tell.

Now doomsayers will crowl from their dark dens and will be walking among us, saying things (like those retard old ladies in some horror movies, they are gathering some followers and are saying that everybody must pray, or God will purge them all because of their sins). :smiley:

Listened to some advise and turned off DBM and skada, had no lag on Isle of Conquest today.

Battle for nazjatar seems like a server lag, so nothing to do about that, sadly.

I will try to do this after work, i’m also using Skada, maybe DPS meter is killing me and i blame Blizzard, shame on me.

I have disabled all my addons - still experience everything I wrote in the first post, though it got SLIGHTLY better with Hotfix.log chaned to “Read Only”
But it still is very much there.

I wonder if this is different depending on your region :thinking:
