That only takes the ladder into concern, means top 5,000 player. That is around 1.6% of the arena player base above 1,000 rating.
But let’s say that number is big enough to give an overview. 5,000 slots, one third are for healer that are outside of the dps competition, so there are remaining 3333 slots for dps. DH got 333 of those slots, means your spec alone has 10% of the dps representation.
We have 12 classes, each one has at least one dps spec, means your class is already over represented. If you split it into specs, at least for the hybrids since ele and enhancer or feral and boomy are completely different, it is getting even more worse for you.
If you try to use statistics, make sure they support your point! Because all it did was to support ours!
As I have said, the statistics you like to refer to support my point even more. Face the truth, you and most other dhs are just bad players and benefited from the broken noob friendly design!
Healers don’t compete with DPS, because every team for 3s, at least from a certain rating, doesn’t work without them. No DPS can do this job, just like a healer cannot replace a DPS. Especially since only one healer is allowed for arena.
So since you have to assume that every team consists of one healer and two dps, the division and differentiation is just logical and therefore makes a lot of sense.
The division into specs makes sense from the premise that at least completely different specs should be counted differently.
If you nerf Sub Rogue so all switch to Assa, the game style doesn’t change that much. But if an Owl switches to Feral, everything changes starting with gear and ending with the whole playstyle. Therefore it is reasonable to differentiate at least for some specs, the ones mentioned above.
But as I have said, even if we only take the 12 classes into concern, DH is already over represented. 10% vs 1/12 = 20% too much already only from a class point of view!
I did the basic math, you are just not willing to accept how to read statistics correctly. You are just another Donald and I don’t have enough patience to teach logical thinking to an id**t.
Not total specs, dps specs of the same class that are completely different in gearing and play style. For example Ele and Enhancer or Owl and Feral! So instead of 12 dps specs, maybe 14 or 15.

Because the ladder isn’t telling it. There are as many DH players out there as Rogues or Warlocks but far fewer high in the ladder. This proves the class is not overtuned.
What is there to defend about my rating? I pugged to 2.1K in my first season ever. No one should be laughing at that, because I doubt many can replicate this.

I already asked where you got that from. You can’t know how many dhs play PvP in general. All what arenamate statistics are showing you is based on the ladder, which means 1.6% of the arena player base.
Maybe there are only 1,000 dhs but 10,000 rogues which means that your class would be 10 times more broken than the ladder already shows us!
Which is the ultimative proof of how broken your class is. I mean, if even a dumb person like you was able to reach duelist, the class must be very noob friendly to carry him there.
If DHs play PvP less than Rogues or Warlocks that just shows the class is not as enjoyable in PvP. Hence the accusation that it is OP makes no sense. Logic is hard.

There are not. Class censuses show DH is more played than Rogue.
Beside that you can’t use PvE or general data for PvP, I would love to see that census. All censuses I have seen showed us, that DH was the least played class and that the three named classes had 50% or more general representation which would explain the higher representation in arena but would mean at the same time, that DH was on the same broken level like them!

Also your magic census shows characters created, not characters at max level. You can only have 1 DH per realm so duh, there will be more created of other classes. Bank alts, for one.
